What wonderful staff, especially the Manager, Ruth. Your compassion and understanding is truly appreciated. Adi, my optometrist, was the best I've seen. An absolute gentleman, informative and extremely professional. Visiting the Wodonga store is like visiting family. I thank you all for a great shopping experience. The optometrist at Specsavers in Wodonga was extremely patient and explained dry eyes and aging eyes extremely well and thoughtfully he congratulated me on my good eye health and I had a very positive experience and felt that I'd come away with some good knowledge and education. The glasses sales and adjusting team were very helpful and made sure that my glasses were an excellent fit and that my particular needs were catered for and readjusted and readjusted without complaint until they were quite right and I really appreciate it their work

I had a wonderful experience at Specsavers getting my first ever pair of glasses. Very helpful & friendly the manager even remembered me on my second visit & went out of her way to say hello. Highly recommend Specsavers & glad I didn't just opt for cheap chemist glasses & had it done properly

I brought my script in from another optometrist and had a great pair of glasses made up and save myself a fortune. Unfortunately when I picked them up, the script was not right for me and I instantly felt sick with vertigo.
Thank goodness the amazing Maree and staff at the Wodonga store, really look after me. Long story short the other optometrist issued me an incorrect script. Specsavers Wodonga sorted me out with an appointment,
re-tested my eyes, refunded my money on the incorrect glasses and another fitting for the correct script.
On collection day Maree made sure my glasses fit perfectly before I walked out the door seeing clearly and very happy.
To top it all off I got 3 pair of glasses for less than the price of one pair at the other provider….

I finally popped in to get my eyes checked and yep it's time for reading glasses. The team here are amazing and very attentive. I felt welcomed on my arrival and departure and the team was very informative.

They have a wide rage of frames to suit all budgets.

Outstanding customer service from Dr John and team after I had my right eye bleed and I was referred to Wodonga Hospital outpatients with a full report provided by Dr John. He called me while in hospital to check on my progress and then again on Saturday morning after seeing Albury Wodonga Eye Clinic. The gel around my retina had come away and had taken part of my retina with it. Laser surgery this week and my sight is back to normal. We are so lucky here in Albury Wodonga to have dedicated medical teams. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I was overdue to have my eyes tested. Having moved up from Melb recently I decided to go to Spec Savers. On the day of my appointment I was given a warm welcome when arriving. When I saw the optometrist he saw something on both eyes that needed to be looked at by an eye specialist. Having had Brest Cancer I did feel a wee bit concerned.
The Optometrist made the referral & also contacted the eye specialist & he also rang me a few days later to ensure I had been contacted & an appointment had been made which it had.
I thought the whole process was very good plus the follow up as well really was encouraging for me. I would recommend Spec Savers to anyone as their service is fantastic plus their prices are really great value.
