Bunnings Sale

I took my 89 year old neighbour shopping to Bunnings, Sale. She uses a walking frame and moves very slowly. The staff at this store were very helpful and patient and found her everything that she wanted and then helped load my car. Well done!! Excellent service

Loved this Bunnings, first time I've been there, great helpful staff very friendly, service was above 5 stars. My order was done online and picked up at Sale, definitely will go back to this store.

Never had any bad dealings with Bunnings in Sale !! Latest purchase I was assisted by a young fellow in special orders named Kane ...he followed through with everything he said he would do and was polite and kept me up to date.....if he stays in this line of work he has a great future !!!!!

Friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff - quickly able to assist and very easy to get things sorted that may be out of stock with clear expectations.

What a very cool store. Great variety of tools and other random items. Even good coffee.

This is an older Bunnings. Seems very cramped with no display space for kitchens, light fittings etc.
I won't be returning to this store. I enjoy the nurseries and this one is raked towards the centre from both sides. I am disabled and couldn't keep the trolley level. It kept rolling towards the centre of the space which caused me incredible discomfort and pain as I walked around the rows. I was fighting with the trolley the whole time.
I will be visiting Traralgon Bunnings which is larger, level and a pleasure to shop in.

Lady at the front desk was amazing reminded me the I need a nozzle for my silicone tube. Saved me another trip. Thanks guys

Friendly staff. Clean store easy to locate items

After ringing the Sale store to verify a item was in stock and assured there was so traveling from Traralgon to the Sale and finding the shelf empty?, so ringing the store again and told there was 8 in stock , Chris ( Store member) took 5 min and checked in store room ……… Yes they where found ;) happy me ..

Customer service in both areas I visited was excellent. Didn't even have to ask for the heavy item to be carried to the register or out to the car. Very friendly.

Like a regular Bunnings, but smaller and with less in-stock items. The website's database on what is in stock is pretty accurate, and the staff are always pleasant to deal with. The car park can be a free-for-all, demolition derby-style experience when it's busy. 5 stars.

Personally I always find the Sale Bunnings store a great place to shop, good prices and helpful staff. Sure it can be busy and finding a free staff member to help you immediately may take a bit of time during these busy times but that's understandable. I do not shop in other Bunnungs stores so do not know how much extra stock they hold but on the occasion this store is out of or does not stock what I require the staff at the desk order it in without fuss from another store. I receive my orders quite quickly, on one occasion they rang me that very afternoon with the items I required. A bonus for weary shoppers is the cafe, the best coffee is made here and the friendly barrista Susan makes the day even more wonderful with her magnificent brew, Overall 5 stars and a huge thankyou Bunnings.

I went into Bunnings for some lights and I couldn’t find what I was looking for so I asked one of the ladies at the register (I think her name was Kirsten?) she was so lovely and very helpful and happy to help. Will definitely be going back just to see the happy team members.

The staff are very friendly but not too intrusive and the range of products is amazing.... I would like to see some lower prices on powertools etc and a slightly bigger range of lighting choices, especially those powered by solar.
