A very clear rating of 5. Exceptional customer service. Price for our new washing machine was $100s of dollars cheaper than anywhere else. Delivery of new and removal of old washing machine was a very reasonable price. Delivered within 12 hours of purchase date and time. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Customer service was very good on purchasing our new washing machine but it would be remiss of me not to mention that the delivery and installation of the washing machine was next to none, the 2 gentlemen that did this were both, polite and extremely professional, they made sure everything was as it should be prior to leaving, very happy with the service provided.

these guys a really great bunch. there honest and they will tell you honestly about what ever it is you need. had an awseome interaction when purchasing an oven and they have been really helpful with other enquiries. you can trust these guys not to stuff you around.

Bought a washing machine here Sunday morning because bing Lee is the cheapest place around with anything in stock and the guy that served me was helpful and quick and he had it in the car within 10 mins of the store opening

Initially I made phone contact re the item. I received excellent advise from Steve Grimmer both on the product and the click and collect option. Had no problems after that and was able to collect my item withing two hours.

Had issues with a Sony TV. Bing Lee management were extremely helpful working with myself and Sony until a successful resolution was achieved. I can't praise their support enough. Wish all retailers were as good.

I ordered my product online, it was ready to pick up super quick which was terrific!
Went to the store to pick it up and the guy who helped me was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful, he even took my purchase out to my car for me!

Came in almost at close (they had half closed the gate when we were done!), but that didn't stop Caitlyn (hope I spelled your name right) from helping us out with our purchase. She was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

We got our item (and accessories) all at a reasonable price, and delivery/installation was organised much sooner than could have been managed online - three business days instead of six weeks.

The gentlemen who came and did the installation did a great job.

Bing Lee Wodonga has the Fisher & Paykel washing machine we were searching for in stock, and Steve gave fantastic service both on phone and in person once we arrived. The prices and service were so good in fact, that we bought a TV as well while we were there 😀

Phoned the store to see if product available. A real person answered and was very helpful checking to see if product in stock. Due to lockdown had to use click and collect, which was explained as well as directions to the back of the store where I could pick up the product. Text advised me when product ready (didn't take long) and I was able to collect the item without any hassle.

Sarah Street is a star, a great sales person with excellent customer service skills. I will be back to the Wodonga Store to buy more sooner rather than later! great measuring skills and sold to our needs! Very satisfied

I was served by Andrew Lee and his customer service was fantastic. So helpful and worked with me to find the vaccume cleaner that best suited my requests.

Went to Bing Lee Wodonga today to buy a TV. The prices were very good but the service was the BEST...Sandy in the TV dept was very helpful,very knowledgeable and I felt we could trust him. Everyone we spoke to in the store was friendly and my husband and I felt very welcome, even though it was close to closing time.
We will definitely be back there the next time we need anything electrical.
