Delhi Masala Indian Restaurant

Smaller menu than advertised but the best service and the most amazing butter chicken sauce. We felt sorry for the owner as he thought we didn't like the food. We are small eater and the servings are so big. Took leftovers home.

I have had vindaloos from Melbourne (where I live) to London. The chicken vindaloo and saffron rice I had here tonight was excellent. Better than any vindaloo I’ve had in Melbourne. It tasted fresh and the sauce was light and perfect (and hot as I prefer (optional)). The rice too tasted fresh and was not overcooked unlike the rice from restaurants in Melbourne. A great asset to the city of Sale.

Amazing Indian restaurant. We ordered 3 dishes, naan's and rice and it was awesome. The guy serving was excellent and gave us some home made mango ice-cream to try. 3 fussy kids and they all loved everything they had. Just moved here from Brisbane and this food is up there with anything we have had from QLD. Amazing food and excellent service. I will be back weekly I think.

We were lucky ...we were able to sneak in for lunch.
I had the Vindaloo lamb....with saffron rice ...it was fantastic and a very generous portion
Partner had the Masala chicken also with the saffron rice and she loved it.
Our waiter for the day was actually the owner and he was wonderful.
We will definately be going back.

Went here today, had most delicious food with a chef lady serving directly from the kitchen. Lovely service and had the best butter chicken ever! Shall come again if i am within the area again

Excellent value, great spice and flavour. Lots of meat and excellent naan. Best currys I have had in years.

Very friendly and obliging chef. Had the Butter Chicken. He warned me that it was sweeter than the average Indian food, which I knew. It was indeed sweet- more than any other Butter Chicken I have had. But the flavor of the sauce was delightful. The meat itself was a little dry. Overall,though, worth the money.
