Have just enjoyed the most wonderful hair experience! Laura is so gifted in her craft! Her suggestion for my short cut was so eloquently explained and then executed to perfection! I just love the cut! I’d also love to say a BIG thankyou for the gorgeous hospitality, massage and thoroughly engaging conversation! Excellent value, impeccable service and pampering, and best cut ever according to my mum! Am only in Sale once a year but will be back annually! Thanks Laura! Very much appreciated 🙏

What an amazing salon! I was travelling through Same for a wedding in Maffra and the incredible Nicki took such great care of me! I've never had a more enjoyable and relaxing experience at a salon before - such pampering is unheard of back in Melbourne. After a thorough consultation, I was given the best wash and scalp massage and while the colour was processing, Nicki gave me a hand massage - it was amazing! I was treated to complimentary bubbles, snacks and engaging conversation. It was the best 90min pampering session ever. I wish it wasn't a 3hr drive away or I'd be back all the time! First time in salon today. Laura is exceptional! Her level of customer care, range of interests and conversation, not to mention skill in discerning exactly what I wanted. And the hand/arm massage was honestly amazing. Worth every penny.

If you want to be pampered and treat yourself this is the place to go. Yes, it is extra in cost but they do go above and beyond with their delivery of service. Each employee there has impeccable manners and standards of service and always go above and beyond to give you what you want... and don't even get me started on the hand and head massages at the basin that's just next level 💆🏼‍♀ I see Laura shes just absolutely awesome😊

Wow ! What an amazing experience, Kayhaam was the best hair and beauty visit I've ever had. Thanks so much to Leticia for her tuition on how to best apply my makeup, no judgement just great advice and a hands on approach. Then I was in the hands of the wonderful Zanthia who did a fab job on giving me some style, thank you so much. I really appreciated the finer touches, the beautifully presented tea, the peaceful hair wash room with hand massage and the gorgeous decor made the whole experience a dream. Thanks to all the team for making me feel so special, definitely making this a regular treat !!

This salon absolutely rescued my hair after it was almost ruined by another salon nobody else would fit me in or help me right before my birthday trip too, she fit me in immediately without flinching even though they were totally booked and busy on a Friday! I went in sobbing and they took care of me I can't thank this salon enough the expertise and experience shone through but more importantly they cared. I give 1000 stars I absolutely recommend this salon and the products they use are superior.

I booked in for a wash and blow dry with Olivia and from the moment I walked in she went above and beyond. I walked out feeling a million dollars! If you haven’t seen Olivia for a cut, colour or blow wave I highly recommend!!
