Grass fed organic liver tastes infinitely better than grain fed, you don't get that typical strong liver taste - the way it's meant to be.

Extremely friendly owner, took the time to explain to me and my mother a bit about the meat industry which was fascinating.

Was very patient as I didn't have enough money so had to put some things back lol.

Even gave us some free liver-sausages to try out since we said that we have never had liver before, so he said to try these out to get a feel for it. And yeah, they were delicious. As for the scotch fillet, it beats everything I've had from the big 3 supermarkets and the handful of other butchers that I have tried out.

Bought scotch fillet yesterday and I have to say, it was the finest, tenderest fillet I've ever bought. Outstanding. Well worth the visit, the butcher knows his stock and you can tell he's passionate about his shop. I'll be back time and time again.

Owner is knowledgeable and very helpful. Excellent customer service. Was able to provide in depth detail about all meat options as well as other things in store for sale and willing to answer all my questions.

I have been going to this butcher for the last few years and the meat is without a doubt the best I have found in Adelaide. The quality of the meat speaks for itself in flavour and texture. I find the service very good and the butcher is happy to answer any questions about different cuts and also questions about where the meat comes from. There is also a good range of prices relating to different cuts, so eating organic doesn't have to break the purse.

Enrico takes the time to help with any questions and cares about the service and meat he provides. Sources beautiful fresh cuts from local suppliers and is very friendly. High quality, organic, ethical meat. Very impressed and glad this butcher shop is my new local!

Very clean store and the product exceptional. I really appreciate the quality of service, not being rushed in my choices and most importantly organic and grass fed. Its a one man show and you may have to wait if its busy but it is really worth waiting for. Hey... you wait at coles etc anyway and the quality is simply not comparable.

Fantastic butcher, very dedicated to clean, paleo and organic produce - takes time with each customer so be patient with a line up its worth the wait, sells out quickly early is best and if it's not out ask, awesome service !
