McDonald's Sale

I was a security guard at this restaurant what l witnessed these poor kids go through was absolutely discussing ,was no age limit to bad behaviour the staff there are friendly lovely people and are there to provide a number 1 service as they did thankyou to sale police for the outstanding jobs they did assisting me at times truly our hero's, please be nice to the staff at maccas could be someone you know working there one day

Nice modern store in Sale proper, looks new and clean. Toilets were spotless the morning we dropped in for coffees. My Latte was excellent with some lovely Latte Art on top. Drive through and the usual play area for kids.

Apart from problems with the order boards, no tickets and it was flat out in the start of school holidays..it wasn't too bad considering it was packed! Drive thru bumper to bumper.
Burgers were great. Plenty of ingredients, not dry patties or starving of sauces etc.

My go to place to relax and the staff are wonderful. Once a fortnight treat. Mmmm

The young man happily did a special order. The food was actually hot not like Bairnsdale

Ronald McDonald himself would be very proud of the fantastic service, delicious product and only moderately-aggressive overnight security guards to be found at this excellent franchise. You know it's good when traffic backs up onto the highway for the drive-thru and blocks the adjacent street after about half a dozen cars.

Update 02/24: now smells like urine. Staff working hard under difficult conditions.

Staff operated quickly and efficiently to cope with the high demand. Food was worth the wait and relatively good value for money. Impressing how well the staff handled both the in-store customer demand and the long line for drive through. Great Work :)

Very busy during lunch or dinner time. Don't recommend drive thru because there is always a long queue and you need to watch out for the traffic from both sides at the entrance point. Walk in will be faster and safer.

What you would expect from a Maccas, service was quick considering it was Good Friday and being extremely busy. Staff was polite and apologized for the wait. Double fillet o fish hit the spot. Would park behind the Maccas though when it's busy as carpark looked hectic.

I ordered the wrong drink and the staff were amazing to change over the drink with no fuss.

Like most Aussie Maccas general restraunt and toilet cleanliness slipping. Otherwise ok.

Ronald is still my favourite snack when I'm working late keeping all my customers happy.

Thank you to Shaun, the manager on shift this morning. Your infectious attitude not only rubbed off on me, but clearly also elevated the mood of your staff. I didn't even mind the brief wait because I was politely advised, "If you just move forward into the bay, we'll make that fresh for you and bring it right out!"

And it was fresh!

Thanks again, the effort you put in to be kind and courteous gave me great start to my busy weekend!

Had a lovely lunch there on our way to Lakes Entrance. Looking forward to going to see my family again soon

The burger I ordered was absolutely atrocious and I couldn’t finish it. It wasn’t even what I ordered and I binned like 75% of it. That being said the cashier that served me was beyond polite and even gave me a twirl in my McFlurry that I didn’t pay for. Customer service 10/10. Nobody actually comes to Maccas for the quality of the burgers.

It is on a street corner on a major Highway and has easy access for parking

It has fairly new interior it looks as if it has been freshly renovated and of course there are plenty of staff at the moment to ensure that your order speedily delivered.

Apart from that it is pretty much the same as any other McDonald's
