If you are needing a Dr while in Swan Hill then I highly recommend you go here.Don't bother with the others in town.I needed to see a Dr a.s.a.p.As soon as I spoke to a receptionist she contacted a nurse who I then went to see.She did checks of me & arranged for me to see a Dr.They are very friendly,helpful & efficient.The Dr was very good & very nice & very thorough.Don't hesitate go here they'll help you as much as they can & more.

On Friday 6/10/23, I was very sick, I couldn’t drive, I asked my husband to have online appointment for medical certificate for my work and they said they don't do it anymore I’m thinking oh ok let work in tomorrow to see the doctor. the doctor said I got viral infection, and passed me the medical certificate for the 7, 8, 9. I did explained that I need the medical certificate on Friday and he said no we don’t do that, it’s their policy or procedure, for me to pay $87 to get medical certificate and I don’t have it …it’s disappointing…

my little one developed a rash following a swim in Lake Boga - the doctors was friendly and was able to perscribe a cream that helped the rash alot - the only down side - an 11am appointment and she wasnt seen until just after 12.

Waits are incredibly long, but other than that doctors are professional and take care of you.

Been going here for 30 years. First time ever late for an appointment. 45 minutes. Got charged $65. Not claimable on Medicare as they said it was a " No show" and they cancelled my appointment. Couldn't even leave my doctor a message or reschedule until I paid.

I made a booking for Testing, they gave me a card with the exactly time, then they message with a stranger number phone to make the confirm on the day before appointment. I reple: Yes. Then another stranger number phone called and told me they are from Swan Hill Medical Group and want to change the appointment to the next 2 days in different time before jusr that time have doctor. So I say ok, then I carefully text them again to confirm about the changing. Finally when I come, they say they do not know about the phone call, and they also have not to reply the message of me, although they seen that. What an dissapointed experience about the first time come here. Of course, I lost 87aud for nothing.

After waiting an hour to see a doctor I only had a few minutes before I had to get back to work. When I told this to the doctor he said that he was new and he was told by another staff member to see other patients who were actually booked after me. In the end I didn't even get the script that I came to get because we ran out of time. It didn't end there. I got a phone call saying I hadn't paid my bill. They wanted $140 for the standard consult that they gave me. I was under the impression that it was bulk billed. While the doctor was friendly, the preferential treatment of the patients who were jumped in front of me and the extremely high fee were disgusting. I have paid less for a cardiologist. I will be asking for an explanation.

I had tried to get a phone consultation all week in Swan Hill and kerang but was told not appointment available. I rang back at 8am every day Tuesday to Friday but still nothing available. I have been sick with flu like symptoms. So I didn't attend work. I have done a rat test every day and they have all been negative. I go in today Sunday and wait 2 hours to see a doctor. I'm ok with all of this. Except when the doctor tells me she finds it impossible that I could not get an appointment all week. I cant believe that this doctor has just called me a liar. I told her all I need is a certificate for work. She said she can't provide one because she never consulted me when I was sick. I told her it wasn't my fault I tried to get an appointment, but reception told me there were none. I ask her to examine my current condition, which she does not. So i feel that today I was charged $90 for a doctor to not even examine me but tell me im a liar. This is the worst experience I've ever had.
I followed the guidelines, I tried to do the right thing. This is very dissapointing.

*warning make sure the doctor who see's you isn't sick, there doctors still work when contagious with the flu and infect there own patients.....i attended this surgery, the doctor did her check up which was on my nose, doctor then sits down at her desk and commences blowing her nose, turns out she had a bad cold and didn't tell me when she was touching my nose she was contagious and sick. due to this shocking hygiene practice and the doctor showing upto work when they should i SPENT THE NEXT 2 WEEKS sicker then when i attend. this surgery is a joke they will kill someone with there poor hygiene and attending work when there contagious
