Recently purchased a Haval, all over the phone with Josh Kirby, communication was phenomenal, the only thing I could recommend letting customers know that when you’re having the car delivered, that it is driven down which is close to 400km and not on the back of a tow truck as first thought, as not only did we pay delivery, but our tank of fuel was half empty by the time.
That’s the only down side I can mention, otherwise everyone we’ve communicated with were great!

We will be back for our future car purchase.

Been a Long time since I have had such good service from a service department. To Tell the truth I purchased my ute from Shepparton as a Demo Shepparton did the 5000km service before I picked it up and hello Shepparton forgot to reset the service clock. I was working in Albury today so rang Blacklocks Service Department and explained what had happened. Blacklocks were more than happy to rest the clock. When I call in later that day they put the scanner on the Ute and I was on my way. Living in Benalla its closer to Shep but no, I will be taking my Ute to Blacklocks for its servicing.

Told us to come back to pick up our car 3 x Still not ready. Travel from Deniliquin. We have our 3rd car for loan. When phoned to ask if it was ready was told it needs a service$%$@&%#)

My personal experience was bad. After we have purchased a new vehicle from them, they were always unreachable by phone and i got no reply to my emails. In the day we came to pick up the car
(brand new car) the paint was full of marks and glue. What we got was " we will make a complaint to the ""external" detailer"" " had to wait another hour to get it re-detailed in the house but some of the marks were still there.
What can i say from my experience? NOT professional. Nice ppl but way to buzzy to take care of a client that already payed.

Worst experience with this dealership. Josh had poor customer service skills & was quite arrogant. To this day I am still having issues with the transfer of my vehicle. Save yourself the headache and purchase elsewhere, I wish I did.

Jess in servicing is incredibly rude and snooty. Not only was she disgustingly rude to my husband when he tried to question things she told him ‘I didn’t call you to argue’ and hung up. When she dropped my car off she was once again quite rude in her tone to me and tried to say my husband gave her the wrong address for the car - he didn’t and they should have paperwork for this info anyway.
At this stage I’ll be driving the hour and a half to Wagga to have them fix the car.

Hi guys please stay away from this dealership.i live in Melbourne and I bought haval jolion brand new car from wodonga.the day I went to pick the car it was having scratches on the car.dealership told me they will find some one in melbourne and fix these scratches in melbourne.but after two weeks I contacted them they refused to to this job in Melbourne and told me to bring the car to wodonga.which we was not agreed on.because it's 3 hours drive from Melbourne when I tell them I will fix the scratches in melbourne just pay for it they refused to do this as well so now I made a complaint in consumer affairs worst customer service ever.

Very hopeless service there they don't know anything about the Ford ranger that I bought from them after purchasing the car had squeaky noises and flat batteries and no help they wouldn't even answer the phone when I called them to help me with all of these problems I would never buy a car there very again
