I wish I had known about this method years ago. Anita was professional as well as informative, kind and efficient. My ear comfort and hearing were restored. I will go annually now.

Anita explained really well what she was going to do, showing me the instruments she’d be using and what they did. She kept me informed while doing the procedure, and removed the wax build up quickly and painlessly. Would highly recommend!

Excellent professional and service

I am a foreign girl and needed an urgent appointment, I called on the phone and with my bad english I tried to explain what happened and they treated me very gently. Was seen the same day and now I feel very good. Undoubtedly recommends Comfort Clean Ear, have good equipment and excellent professional.

Visited my GP with loss of hearing and heavily impacted wax in one ear. He told me it could only be removed by a special suction process because the wax was strongly adhered to my ear drum. He wrote a referral for "the only specialist in the whole of n.w. Tasmania who has such a device" After a week I had not heard from them so rang their office on two occasions, the phone rang out with no message option. By word of mouth I heard about Comfort Clean Ear at 4 Rooke St. Devonport. Made contact and was seen the next morning by Heather. Her whole approach was very professional and caring. The suction process was obviously more difficult than normal due to the amount of wax but she persevered and I left with hearing restored and wax removed. Highly recommended. Martin.
