Waterfront Apartments

We had a great stay at the wonderful Waterfront Apartments.
Everything was of the highest quality and beautifully appointed .The room was huge with the most amazing view over the river.
Perfect location to Spirit of Tasmania,very easy check in process and such friendly ,helpful staff.

Thanks so much for making our stay such a relaxing and enjoyable one.
Within moments of arriving we were already planning our return trip .

We stayed overnight as we had to get on Spirit of Tasmania back to Melbourne. Beautiful spot, the rooms were amazing overlooking the lake. Our only regret was not getting to spend another night there to take it all in and visit other parts of Davenport and surroundings. Don't hesitate with your thoughts, if you need a place to stay in the area, this is it!

Beautiful studio apartment, generous in size, clean and amazing view . A beautiful place to relax at the end of our holiday and explore Devonport before boarding the Spirit back to Victoria. Cafe was great .
Even a laundry with detergent available free to use.
Have recommended to family when visiting Devonport, will stay again. Love love love it!!!

Superb units set overlooking the upper Mersey River splendidly appointed and very comfortable. Enjoyed our stay although very short. Will stay there again if the opportunity arises.

Amazing spacious apartment with a view to fall in love with. The owners are very accommodating and friendly! We have stayed here twice now and we will definitely be back!

Very comfortable, spacious, well-appointed and clean with sweeping views over the Mersey. This is airBnB style accom where the managers keep a low profile, even though they’re onsite: you get a text with the entry PIN etc.

The best place for accommodation in devonport with a handy Cafe for breakfasts or just a coffee and snacks right through to a mini golf coarse ,with waterfront views and piece and quite its the nicest place around

Best place to stay in Devonport. Beautiful luxury apartments with an awesome river/lake view. Calm and serene, would not stay anywhere else in Devonport. Matt and Anna are excellent hosts, and nothing is too much trouble

5 stars for convenience & luxury accommodation for people with a disability. The large bathroom & clear set up made it extremely easy. My client absolutely adored waking up to a water view. Thank you for making our time special.

Top notch accommodation couldn't ask for anything more. Fully equiped kitchen and all the other amenities you can expect when looking for a place to stay short or long term. The view of the river is perfect too
