Been waiting on the phone for half an hour and still going. Obviously need to get more staff. You can appreciate my patience (your hold message) by getting more staff to answer the phone?

I am not going to book online as I have questions only a human can answer and given your other reviews over the past twelve months it's not just a busy time?

Details of my experience,only one experience of note I spent an eternity on hold.MULTIPLE TIMES I was sent a message advising me of upcoming procedures but cannot make an appointment.Hire some staff people
