Becks Mitre 10 Devonport

I just want to say a big thankyou to both Matthew and Donna today for their wonderful customer service and knowledge in what I needed in the plumbing department this afternoon. Price of items were cheaper than I thought too. Appreciate the assistance today in an area I had little knowledge of.

I just went into this shop and got some of the best customer service I have ever recieved.

Started with Tony in the timber section helping me choose the right supplies for the job. Then when I went to organise delievery Chris was super helpful and introduced me to Greg so he could help me with stains and brushes. Best service ever, full of knowledge and made my trip easy.

Good place to shop better than Bunnings

Helpful and friendly staff, had a lady today mark an item down that I was buying as it was about to go on special which I really appreciated! Store set out well was easy to find what I was looking for and I LOVE their garden section, the plants were so healthy. I'll be back

I had mum's hot water cylinder die in the middle of the night. I also had some problems trying to order online so rang Becks Mitre 10 bright and early. Nigel could not have been more helpful and went out of his way to assist me. Exactly the kind of service you hope for but rarely receive. Certainly not from the larger competitor.!! If you value customer service and staff that seem to care, I couldn't recommend them more. If the new cylinder performs as it should, I couldn't be happier with the service. Nigel helped me out above and beyond what I'd expected and he's a great advertisement for the " Mighty helpful Mitre 10". Will be using them for all my hardware needs in the future when I can as a result.

Very pleased I dropped in there. They had both items that their main competitor didn't have. More to the point when I explained to an employee in the other establishment what one item was, I couldn't remember the correct name, he had absolutely no idea what I was on about. I gave the same explanation to the Becks employee and his response was "you mean rope filler?" ✔👍

I always get great service here. Ignore the negative reviews. All businesses get busy times when answering the phone isn't always possible or timely. They're probably serving customers in the store. Drop in, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. A darn sight more experienced than teenagers just out of school (yeah, I'm talking about you Bunnings!).

Great place to visit, helpful and friendly staff, nothing is too much trouble. Excellent service and they have a rewards card that accumulates money every time you spend. Super idea. Would highly recommend a visit a good alternative to Bunnings.

Spent a frustrating Saturday trying to find plumbing adapters at Bunnings Devonport it was hopeless - Sunday at Becks all the parts I needed - fantastic . At Bunnings (10 of the part in stock none able to be located) in what was a very messy brass plumbing fittings section. Went to Becks Devonport (Luck and Haines) on Sunday walked in the door saw a very well presented plumbing section located parts immediately.
