These ladies are SO funny! I have posted many things in the last few months, ( I'm an early Christmas prepper!) And every time they were so nice, and there wasn't anyone else in there so we had a great loud laugh! Super friendly service!

Friendliest post office, I have ever used. Small & quaint, always has a nice selection of cards & gifts. Staff are always friendly & helpful.

Great service when items are placed correctly into the mailbox and not half hanging out.. .

Ok p.o. like any other. but like many people that work 9 to 5 it's impossible to get to either post office during work hours.
I work sat morning too.
The only option is to find a p.o. near your workplace & try to post something during your 30min break. Which is also very difficult. Aust post need to up their game is they are to survive.

Very unprofessional. I was sending a package to Germany and asked the woman to write everything I had in the package on the paper, so that the customs service in Germany would not call me in for clearance. The woman behind the counter refused and just wrote a couple of items on it. I had an argument with her and asked her to put everything on it. She did not. Now we received a massage that I need to come in in person to the customs service Germany, because there is not enough evidence what is in the package. I am not in Germany yet and have to book a flight now, so that I can pick it up in a week. Only because this woman did not her job right. They are just holding it for one week! This is so unprofessional, this woman should be fired or learn about her job more!!!

Really disappointed with my experience here on the weekend. The older female staff member was rude to all customers in line in front of me while I was waiting. Then she refused to help me and told me to go to either come back on ONLY Tuesday or Wednesday or go over to their competitors in Eagle Heights or off the MTN to get my passport photos taken. She wasn't pleasant to deal with at all and left me feeling like I was just bothering her by coming in to the shop. You work in retail. A smile never killed anyone. Certainly hasn't made me want to visit again.

Unfortunately they have a staff member who has very poor people skills. I would recommend the certain staff member under goes some training on basic manners.

Most staff are unfriendly and unhelpful (not all) , poor customer service , additional training required , go to Eagle Heights , excellent service there.
