Amazing place with flexible opening hours and great coaches. There I feel like I am with friends that are very supportive to me to achieve my best without being dgudjed. Strong recommendation to give it a go.

Awesome atmosphere, Raul is very patient&encouraging, No Mirrors, every1 works@their own pace tho motivation is shared liberally, too. Highly recommended!!!

Dodgy. Unclean and lacking of any form of ethical standards. Using people's photos on social media without permission to spread propaganda and boost their numbers!!! A poor person's F45 or BFT etc running their challenges and pretending to care about their members. Avoid.
