Finding mould in your house can be scary, but Barry was incredibly patient; he took the time to explain the likely cause (thank you, online bed purchase!), the best course of action to rectify it and how to make sure it doesn't come back. Organising the treatment was simple; everything was done promptly, thoroughly and with great care.

I would just like to say a massive thank you to Barry and Scott from the mould doctor Sa. The professionalism and quality of work was second to none. I have had a few different companies who have been out to help fix the mould in our house, none have ever been able to fix it until the mould doctor visited our house. My tenant failed to report condensation and mould problems for over a month after first noticing them and only because we contacted them re a pura tap filter change. When they decided to report it they suddenly considered it to be incredibly dangerous and urgent. I called Barry late on Thursday afternoon. Barry agreed to rearrange his schedule to have my rental property treated the very next morning. My tenant complained even though I couldn't determine if any of the tiny remaining spots they photograhed were actually mould. I left a message for Barry when I received their complaint on Sunday morning. They attended again on the Monday to confirm that their job had been done to a high standard. The treatment was very reasonably priced compared to the competitors. He bent over backwards to help us out.

I recently contacted Barry as we needed urgent help with an investment property and a difficult tenant. The service that was provided from the very first phone call was phernominal!
