Fantastic Service from Manager Guy. We pulled in at 5:10pm with out Fuel Filter warning Light on. It was a Friday evening on our way to Perth. He was in his car about to leave but come over to check on us and proceeded to reopen the workshop and change the filter. For the price of the part only. We were back on the road to see our grandson by 5:45. Thankyou Guy for your great service and for just being a caring individual.

Rocked up at 7.30am after stripping three fan belts and getting towed to town. The guy who looked after us apologised for keeping us waiting, came out inspected the issue and talked potential ways to solve our problem. Fitted us in to get us back on our road trip. To find a reliable mechanic and somebody to wash the dirty cars can be a tough ask in Merredin. Don't drive to Perth - if you are looking for professional service work and car detailing give Merredin Toyota a call. They service and detail all our work vehicles regardless of the make/type the Mechanics and Technicians are very good and the work scheduling meet our business needs. Lee does an amazing job detailing what can be quite filthy work vehicles each month. Cannot forget the wonderful and caring client services provided by Nikita and Hannah and all headed up by Guy. Good old fashion customer service at Merredin Toyota a rarity these days. Nothing was too much trouble for the team, a big thank you to the Manager Guy for fitting us in for a service at such short notice. Will definitely be booking our car in again at Merredin Toyota for a service.

He came out and picked me and my friend up without hesitation.
He looked after us for the day , organised a tow truck and helped us with our car the best he could.

Travelling from Perth to Kalgoorlie when our fuel filter light came on, rang Merredin Toyota to see if they could replace it. They were so accommodating the staff are amazing can’t thank them enough not to mention the cost was about 4 times cheaper then Perth. Thank you, you guys are amazing

I recently broke down in my truck on my way to perth I was unable to get any help from any local mechanics or tow companies. Guy at Merredin Toyota went above and beyond. Guy came 50km out of town to help get my truck started and brought back to Merredin to fix my truck to get me home to perth. Highly recommend Merredin Toyota and all the lovely staff.

Amazing service, they went above and beyond

I was heading back from kalgoorlie and I had engine troubles about 80km out.
I rang ahead and was told at the time the boys out the back would be at lunch which was fine by me as I like my lunch break too. They then had the tedious task of process of elimination for what was causing me to lose power. It took a fair amount of time but not through any milking etc. we finally found the fault which was a part I replaced 4 weeks earlier that had a fault inside it that was only by fluke we found. They did really well with my cost and the fact I was a blow in and they jumped straight onto my job was great.
They outshone themselves on this day and I am grateful they were there to help me out.
