Great Doctor Surgery we need more good Doctors and surgeries that Bulk bill like this one

I think they were not busy for the "doctors". both the ladies i have seen were pretty thorough, and very polite. This surgery, receives same stars as adelaide road.

Up until today I would have given 5 stars, but i was very ill, not bad enough for hosp, but needed to see a DR, the guy on reception said Dr was running late, and had given strict instructions not to take any more bookings as she wanted to leave early, I got put at top of standby list for cancellation, which was a load of bull as I waited 5 hrs , and never got a call. Shocking service today, no care for patients wellfare. You get what you pay for and bulk bill is as cheap as it comes, cheap service too.

It hasnt been what i call a great GP service after i tried a few GPs there. The one i preferred at a later stage was not too bad, but quite brief in giving feedback and wasnt warm personality wise (the session was always quick, finished within 2 or 3 mins). Lets not mention how long i was waiting for each time i went there. Having said that, I was glad to see another one who was available and it was a positive experience for me. But the reception guy who has been working there for very long seems to have become quite complacent, he lost good professional manner and politeness, he often rushed when he talked back which gave me an impression he just wanted to finish the conversation within seconds and had no time to listen to you. I miss the lady I talked to long ago when I booked appointments, friendly and patient. Hope things will improve.

Went to this doctor with some issues I was having. He immediately tells me he suspects diabetes or pre diabetes. So I go for blood and urine and get told the test results would be back Monday. I called Monday and the recep casually tells me my doctor won't be back till Wednesday and he will definitely give me a call. On Thursday after hearing nothing I phone them again and she casually tells me "oh yeah the results are back but you need an appointment" may 1st I've been offered. 12 days after my test. How can you tell someone they might have a serious illness than refuse to give them the results unless they wait 12 days. They are sitting there in a file and no one will tell me what it says. I'm disgusted. I'm scared. I just don't even know how it's legal to do this to a person. If you are actually worried about your health this is the last place you would want to go. Too lazy to even pick up a phone, they make you chase them

Avoid this practice as it is a part time GP clinic these days and empoys Dr's who let their registration lapse so they cant consult for 13 days so cancel everyones appointments. And if you manage to get an appt you wait over an hour to be seen. Disgraceful

Expect to wait almost an hour after your allotted appointment time, no explanation for delays and no apologies. Doctors do not care to speak with you longer than 1-2 minutes and will not get out of their seat for an examination. I am not sure what they're doing in between patients to make you wait so long and waste your time, again without explanation. If you need a blood test don't expect the nurse to actually be there and don't expect anyone to tell you in that hour you're waiting that the nurse has left.

Doctor voiced she did not know what to do to treat symptoms and sent a client away. When admin staff contacted and informed of a letter provided from another Dr to add to an existing radiology request, wouldn’t comment or alter even though specified “urgent” without another appt. being made.... no appt for 2 days!! Admin staff failed to return calls and very unhelpful. Disgraceful duty of care!

I had been told this clinic was bad but thought I’d give them a go. Reception staff are rude, obnoxious and lack empathy. Couldn’t be bothered helping me at all.

Long wait time between patients and when I was finally called in the Dr was really rude and disinterested. Consult lasted all of 2 mins and didn’t help me in any way. Was quite shocked, really unprofessional.

The Doctor googled my symptoms. Enough said.
I have been twice and sat there while the doctor literally typed into a Google search and then prescribed and advised based on the results.
Should be shut down in my opinion as this is behavior is clearly unprofessional and most likely dangerous.

Worst place I have ever come across I had been trying to call for 1/2 an hour from when they were suppose to be open. I would not recommend anyone goes there. Very incompetent.

Worst doctors I have been to wait ages to be seen and found doctor to be uncaring
