Excellent service brilliant dr....always pleasent and reassuring ...I have been attending this medical centre for few years never been disappointed always treated with respect ....comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

Each time I visit I am treated with such respect and care by both Doctor and Staff.

I have tried to ring reception 7 times over an hour .I get a recording then you hang up could you ask the patient to leave a message as there is a cold wind blowing at urr reception to patients

The reception staff are some of the rudest people I’ve ever had the displeasure of talking to.
Very unprofessional about inquiries, they talk with a very condescending tone, misplaced my faxed paperwork twice which extended my wait time by over 6 months, and I’m yet to even see a doctor.

2/10 Would avoid if not the only place that has certain services.

Worst place ever if you have to re schedule apointemnts they cancel you as a clienr and dont want to see you i work for a living on limited rostered shifts and get called into work so money from employment is more important to me so i can pay my bills a bit more concideration for the people that dont know when or where their money is comming from
The doctors bedside manner needs to be improved on alot they always treat you as if you are the enemy verry cold reception and the place stinks of mould
dr altus and dr vora always seem to be the type of doctors that look down their noses at people who are not of good health worst place ever
My new endo is so much better and has done more for me in a year than these guys ever did

Most disappointing experience. I never even got as far as a consultation with Dr Singh. He called me in 25 minutes late (I was the first appointment oh his afternoon clinic) to be told in no uncertain terms to leave his rooms because I had the temerity to politely comment on the fact he was running late. I was not in the slightest bit rude but he was! I am making a formal complaint,

I've never experienced such rude reception staff in all my life !

STAFF ARE VERY RUDE THEY SHOULD NOT BE GIVING OUT ADVICE RE MEDICAL CONDITIONS THAT THE DR.'S ROLE
