To say my eyes are complicated...is a complete understatement. I have had numerous surgeries in previous years and have suffered greatly with indistinct, poor vision within the last few years. I am most grateful my optometrist (Dr. Michael Burnside) referred Dr. Deric de Wit as a specialist I should see. Dr. de Wit is most knowledgeable with current procedures and has the confidence AND ability to 'see through' patients who are experiencing great difficulties. I could not be more pleased with my care throughout both cataract surgeries, the attention to detail, and the professionalism I have witnessed. My first eye procedure,which I was a bit nervous about.I needn’t have been,I was greeted by wonderful staff all the way through,lovely reception and absolutely fantastic eye doctors.The feeling here is light,jovial,supportive and compassionate.What a great clinic,thankyou!

Very professional and friendly service, fast service

What an amazing well educated Doctor no need to look anywhere else.

My Dr made a referral to see Dr de wit, as I have shingles in my eye and now have lost alot of my vision, so you think that would count as fairly urgent. After speaking to staff over two weeks ago now, I was told I'd receive a phone call that day or the next to have an appointment booked. Two weeks later and no one has bothered to contact me. Not a good first impression.

Absolutely disgraceful...

My elderly father waited 1 hour 20 minutes, while 3 other patients who came after, went in before him, with no acknowledgement from staff.

What is the point of making appointments, if their not going to be honoured..

Was messed around through 2 procedures, will not be returning and will recommend others do the same.

I strongly suggest looking elsewhere
