I have been coming to the Barracks motel for about 1
9 years. This is my favourite stopping spot in the wheat belt. The meals are excellent and well priced for working people. Richard always goes out of his way to fit us in.

Absolutely amazing food, Richard and his partner Absolutely nail it. Food is amazing, makes us food for the long working day and is freshly made every morning for us to leave by 6am. Very happy with our stay and hope to have work in three Springs again just to come back here!!

Had a great stay there. Richard and Nissy made sure we were well looked after. Rooms were well kept and clean. The food was amazing, freshly baked bread rolls and the chicken parmys were up there with the best I've had. Thanks a lot.

So this is not a five star hotel, but oh my the service is certainly five star. They are mostly a contractors motel with basic clean functional rooms. Now the restaurant is a family style feel and the food is exceptional. Fresh vegetables from their garden five star. The presentation and price of our meal again 5 star. Expect to roll out the door full as a goog. Such a little gem in the North Middlens. Will we be back, definitely even if it's just for a meal.

Friendly and welcoming staff who went out of their way to offer extra hospitality. Simple set-up; perfect for my needs. Great food, cooked breakfast. So grateful to Richard and staff.

We had a wonderful overnight stay here during our explore for wildflowers. Richard was helpful with information and extremely hospitable. Meals were available, and delicious. Accommodation was clean and adequate, great value with included continental breakfast. We look forward to stopping in again on the next road trip.

For a small country town this place is amazing, the owners are very friendly and welcoming to all, the atmosphere is amazing the food was incredible and made fresh by the wife. The hospitality overall was just fantastic the accommodation is like mine site accommodation with the added bonus of having a double bed EXTREMELY comfortable. If passing through three springs or neighbouring towns spend the extra few ks to stop off in three springs and spend the night at their motel.

Loved it here. Richard & Niss were lovely owners very hospitable, friendly, accommodating & down to earth. The food they were cooking was Bellissimo and really good pricing.
And if your lucky enough to get to try his stuffed pumpkin do yourself a favour and try it, its amazeballs.
I stayed here for a week as we were working in the area.
The rooms were clean and tidy and serviced daily. They even do your washing for you which was an added bonus especially working 12hr days.
My bed was extremely comfortable and I had great sleeps.
Location wise only acouple mins drive to the IGA & Motel you do need to BYO alcohol.
Overall the clientel are working crews around the area which is suited to them perfectl or overnight passer through. I definately 100% reccomend Three Springs Hotel & Barracks Great bunch of folks.

We stayed at the Threesprings Motel for 9 nights. Amazing service and friendly staff. Food was amazing and huge, clean rooms and our own personal bunnings

Actually couldn’t say enough good things about this place! Friendliest and most helpfully owners! Stayed for 3 nights and was extremely comfortable, donga style rooms but kitted out with everything you need and the meals were awesome! Richard even went as far to loan me his spare wifi modem because I was having issues, top bloke!

Stayed for work. Staff were friendly and helpful despite a late arrival and bring full for the night. Rooms are donga style but really well fitted out with a double bed, spotlessly clean and plenty of hot water. Dinner was great and big serves. Fires in the restaurant and outside in the courtyard topped it off on a chilly evening.

Love this place, owners are friendly and there food is amazing. Also free continental breakfast and price is great. I only stayed in a budget room, but good bang for your buck.

Stayed for night with my daughter , had great time ! Rooms were neat n tidy . Food was really good . Richard and anissa were very friendly .. Really did enjoy our stay and will be back . If u need place to stay if passing through would reccommend this motel . Affordable prices and continental breakfast is included .

Favourite place to go for a great meal. Richard and Anissa provide the most upbeat and welcoming feeling towards everyone and the food is always perfect! Never disappointed when we visit! great company, great food and great town.

Members of the group, Eastwinds stayed here on our Musica Viva schools tour.. Proprietor, Richard, goes the extra yard to make sure you have an enjoyable stay. The accommodation is simple, clean and comfortable and plenty of options food-wise.

Great place.. comfortable rooms.. fantastic meals huge servings.. and the lunches supplied for work were great.. can't forget the staff .. awesome people 👍👍
