The best most beautiful fresh tasty oysters i think I've tasted. Not overpriced.
If you were after 5 star this isn't the place BUT in my opinion this is way better.

Beautiful fresh local oysters. The building is not flash but the location is wonderful right on the water. No alcohol available just soft drinks. A must try when in the area.

This building looks bit tired but it's all part of the charm , the service was good , oysters and prawns fresh , would go back every day if it wasn't the have to go to work.

The oyster hut is a good place to go on the waterfront myall river tea gardens - nice fresh oysters & you can eat them on the jetty

Nice oysters - fresh and tasty. The place itself could do with sprucing up however. Friendly guy running the shop.

From the advertising card, I hope to support authentic small local business (rather than big restaurants) and expected a small cosy cafe/seafood restaurant. Turned out just a run down house with fish shop, selling frozen fishes and other 2 choices: fresh oyster $18/dozen & small size pre-cooked prawns $33/kg, which is overpriced in my opinion. The guy even rude and unhappy to repack when I changed my mind from eat in to take away. Disappointed and not recommend.
