Congratulations to Jon and Bill and the team. We limped into Ararat yesterday with a major mechanical issue. Their CAN do attitude was fantastic and they had us back on the road within three hours despite significant staff shortages. We are so appreciative of the brilliant service. WELL DONE !!!

The mechanical services are very reliable, thorough and affordable. I have not seen a motor mechanic with more attention to detail than Bill, the head mechanic.

I'm really not sure how a broken Ariel affects the driving of the car for a roadworthy. More money out of someone i guess?? But very efficient service and great customer service

was great but now i refuse to go back, a number of months ago i had my coolant changed then my family and i moved , took my car to another mechanic, and found out the wrong colour coolant was put in, i double checked this info with a radiator mob and super cheap auto hand book and both said the same thing, I was shocked as i had alot of trust in ararat auto, Rang them as soon as i found out and asked them what are they going to do, it took them more than 6 hours to say they will fix the problem, should of been 5 mins oh well, the day the changed the coolant it seems they did not check to see if the right amount was put in as the overflow bottle level was not even at the first notch on the stick. meaning i needed to buy sum coolant asap and top it up to the correct level... just because you can use something instead of the recommended product dose not mean you should.
a valuable lesson learnt, always check too see if the job you asked for has been done correctly.... a big thank you to cindy for always treating me with respect and courtesy
