F45 Training Modbury

I have been a member of F45 Modbury for the last 3 years and absolutely love it. The style of workouts, length of time and class times work perfectly for me to fit in working out 4x a week whilst working full time. I feel so much better physically and mentally since making F45 part of my lifestyle. With the recent change of ownership you can really see the positive change in the gym culture. The other members and the trainers are so friendly you really do feel like you are going and spending time with friends whilst getting your workout in. Love it, would recommend it to everyone!

I’ve been a member of F45 Modbury for 3 years now and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Immediately I felt welcomed and comfortable. I love the team training model and the community vibe. The trainers are professional and knowledgeable but also friendly and supportive. They’ve encouraged me every session to lift heavier, push harder, jump higher and believe in myself. If you want a gym where you are valued and celebrated, this is the one.

After putting off gym for so long I finally bit the bullet and joined F45 Modbury and it is the absolute BEST thing I have ever done. I walked in with so much anxiety and the trainers put me at ease straight away, and have supported me unconditionally ever since!! Such good vibes, so much fun, endless encouragement, and most of all changing my life for the better ♥♥

I like the atmosphere of this F45, and the attitude the trainers have to supporting positive life changes. There is a supportive approach to all members and it truly becomes a community. The exercises are fantastic where you don't even feel like you are exercising. The trainers are with you every step of the way and are always prepared to give a lending hand. I appreciate the positivity and the support which is provided. The follow up is fantastic. The text messages always get me going :)

Amazing gym, great machines and clients. Trainers and staff are so knowledgeable and friendly go out of their way to help you if you need it.
