What a great place to leave the world behind. Excellent amenities. Camp sites are we'll maintained and there are fire pits for a camp fire and a park table for use. Don't forget to bring you own firewood.

Spent the day doing the Jerusalem Trek. It is a great walk but it was very warm. After that a great splash on the beach to cool down.

New toilets were clean. Drive thru caravan sites a great idea. When the trees grow and give some shade will be great

Best campground I have ever been to! I am in love with this place, just magical!! It is perfect for people looking for remote camping, as you don't have running water or many amenities ( just few bathrooms) BUT it is perfect as it is!
Every camping spot has its own table, line clothes and a little fire pit, but lots of space and surrounded by trees!
The Campground in few kilometres from the main highway,in front of the beach!! It is a little bit hard to access it (I love it) ; they are upgrading the highway, but Google got it right (last 30' drive from highway to Camp are grovel, but decent)
There is also a river close by, a beautiful walk to do and lots of birds...it is just magnificent how close to nature you are in this amazing Campground!
You have to get there very well prepared as you need to bring enough water for drinking, cooking and washing, plus consider that it takes 1hr drive to get to Yamba that is the closest "bid city".

Love this spot! It's a beautiful and quiet campsite with simple but quality communal facilities (toilets & communal bbq's) though no water or power. The campsites vary from small and open to slightly larger with a fair amount of privacy. Each site has a wooden table, a fire pit that you can cook over as well as a clothes line to hang your wet stuff.

The beach is a stones throw away, but the dunes keep most of the worst off-shore wind to a minimum. It was pretty choppy with strong waves even at low tide, but the creek (with rope swings to boot!) are there if you want to have a more quiet and relaxing splish splosh. The Jerusalem Creek walk is a fantastic way to spend a half a day, straddling the ocean and creek for an 8km return trip.

I'll definitely be coming back!

Fantastic campground, with excellent numbered sites which are all quite generous. Stayed in a camper trailer site and used the car to block the front, and felt quite private. The beach is nice and close, but there is no wind in the campground as the sites are all quite protected by the dunes.

Entry through the road is good, just one or two corners that you'd need to to be careful of carrying speed into, as it is a little slippery on the gravel.

Amenities are clean and plentiful for the number of sites.

Black rocks camp ground is stunning. Pro camp tip. Bring a kayak for the creek.

4 And 5 are the best spots to camp in. I love that you can still have a fire and there is a fair bit of privacy away from the other campers.

The only downside is the drop toilets 🤮 . And it's always sad to see people defacing the beautiful black rocks on the. Beach.

I camped here in site number 2 over the Easter Break. With the beach on your doorstep, several walking tracks and Jerusalem Creek to go for a dip or kayak up stream, a multi-day stay is a must.
The sites are large and each very private, offering a picnic table, clothesline and a firepit.
One of my most favourite campsites in NSW.

This is a great spaced out campground. The layout being fenced off and good distance between sites is great. Picnic table and washing line included.

Well set out and clean campsites. Free community bbqs, and long drop toilets - cleaned regularly. Long stretches of car free beaches in front and Jeruselum River behind. Highly recommended campsite.

Always dangerous surf conditions for swimming. Beautiful creek for water activities. Very fragile ecosystem - please treat these grounds respectfully. Please don't let your children graffiti the rocks or cause further beach/dune erosion. Must bring own water

A standout campground, one of the best anywhere in Australia. Sites are huge with plenty of privacy, each comes with a firepit, large table and washing lines. Toilets and BBQ areas also available. Lastly, the beach is just beautiful. Book ahead on weekends.

Secluded spot shielded by sand dunes from Ten Mile beach. The top of some of the larger sand dunes provide fantastic panoramic views, great for sunsets and whale watching.

What a great camp ground, most spots are secluded with a few exceptions, short walk to the beach or creek.

Loved our stay at Black Rocks campground. Set up our tent on a site only metres from the beach. Well maintained facilities and free gas bbqs. Swimming in Jerusalem Creek was a great way to freshen up after a dip in the ocean. We'll be back.

Fantastic campground! Been going here for 25+ years and nothing else compares to it. Great walking trail and beautiful coast line with cliffs and caves for exploring

NOTE: The speed bumps have been increased so low clearance vehicle will likely scrape or not be able to enter at all... 🤔

Have checked booking sight and all sights are open to any one to book. No such thing as the post saying some are only for indigenous people - it's open for every nationality.
