I want to give the Dr 5 stars for being so caring about what was going on and being very helpful. But unfortunately when I was on the phone making the appointment the receptionist was very cold, like they didn't care. I explained what was going on and their response was "and what do you want me to do about it?" I was shocked! In a medic practice all staff should talk with respect and have some wormth when they talk. I want to continue to see the Dr but don't want to call for a booking because of how I was treated on the phone, such a pitty, there is potential here

The only way I can justify one star is because the nurse practitioner and the ladies behind the counter are amazing.... BUT the doctor was rude, unhelpful and heartless. I went to see him for two related issues. The nurse and the other staff knew this when the booking was made. I had to beg him, literally with tears rolling down my cheeks, to discuss one (which he glossed over) and the second he full on refused to even discuss. His reasoning was time.. But that's why we have bookings, it's not my fault he was running behind. I was there on time. I waited in the waiting room for him. HE was late and took it out of my time!!

GP created a diagnosis first without any proof to support it, then manipulated written referrals etc to get the diagnosis they wanted.
Refusing to provide reports. Twists records to put into direction of their choice.
Ignores conditions to stay on their own beliefs, leaving patient untreated.
Go in for one reason, get queried on something else, of their choosing.
I experienced physical abuse for trying to explain I was not there for what he was asking.
I have experienced verbal abuse for the specialists report not being what she wanted.
I was also accused of being a liar and a drug addict and various other things.
To cover up her abuse- which was also seen by the witness I took there (this verbal abuse was going on for some time until I was fearful of attending myself)- she recorded in my records that I was “demanding drugs” and my witness was as well.
The following GP after I left started treating me unjustifiably after telling me he got my records. This had prompted me to see what is in these records from this centre.
I’m horrified. I’d advise to stay well clear of here
