Absolutely appalling reception staff. Rude, argumentative, condescending and wouldn't listen to what I was asking. Charged and exorbitant amount for an extraction and asked gently if I could pay in two payments due to another expense tomorrow. No.. The eftpos machine was slammed on the bench and told 'nope the works been done now pay please.' Couldn't believe how rude the young girl was. Won't be returning there ever again.,

Having suggested my Grand daughter contact the dental clinic at Warracknabeal I am extremely disappointed with the response. My Grand daughter had a bad fall resulting in extreme damage to her front teeth, she is on holidays and several hundred kilometres from home. The response from the surgery was one of rudeness and indifference, saying they could possibly fit her in later in the afternoon but would be able to "do nothing today" Not good enough! She was subsequently seen in Swan Hill received excellent and appropriate attention. Maxine Maxa
