Was in town for a couple weeks and checked out the gym. Steve and whole gym were very welcoming and accepting of new people. Really knowledgeable and encouraging. Highly Recommend.

Great mentors/role models for teenagers helping them to achieve their goals, whilst having fun.
Classes are structured to your needs, coaches are very knowledgeable and take the time to listen to what you are striving to achieve.
Facilities and range of equipment is excellent.
Staff are friendly and very informative.
Communication is first class, response time very quick.
We've made a new group of friends who have made us feel part of the gym. This gym is very family friendly gym

Great gym, great coaches. Excellent for boxing and HIIT conditioning and strenght.
