Woolworths Campbelltown Mall

Located within Campbelltown shopping mall. Well stocked supermarket with reasonable prices. Spacious and decent organisation of items.

I always shop here because the lady at the self checkout is amazing and so kind.
But on one occasion I went in to get fruit and realised my trolley was broken I thought something was in the wheel. A staff member named Steven came over and asked me if I wanted new trolley and he took the old trolly. It was seriously the best customer service ever. I could see he was so busy. It is seriously so amazing to see that there is still kind people in the world you definitely have yourself an asset!!!

I love woolies and always shop with them. But this particular croud of customers are not nice. The staff r good

1000 out of 1000. Campbelltown Mall. I shopped at 7:30pm Friday 21st February, and then loaded my car after spending $250.00 at WOW & BWS. I loaded my car. No phone.
I went back inside and by then BWS was shut. I was assisted by the self service lady in WOW, who unlocked the shop, turned off the alarm and searched for my phone while I waited externally of the shop. I later found my phone and I wish to say "WOW SHOULD BE PROUD OF WORKERS JUST LIKE HER AND THE FELLOW ALSO WHO ASSISTED HER". Great job guys, and I hope your management reads this. Date and time are above. I hope you guys get a recommendation from management. THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE TO A "T". Well done and appreciated.

Good range of products, good size isles, friendly staff. Unfortunately I have noticed the prices have increased which is a shame in these uncertain times.

The lady on yr customer service desk om 28/04/2020 around 2.30ish is the bomb. Heaps of thanks to her. She knows her aisles her products and even took me to the aisle to show me where. Absolute astounding customer service. Thankyou
