We were extremely impressed with everything about this company and can highly recommend them. Benn, Alan and Brock went out of their way to replace our damaged mains water line into the evening to ensure all was fixed before the Christmas break which was above and beyond our expectation. Superb!

Ben arrived exactly when he said he would at lunchtime the same day, with a replacement cylinder and completed the job for us that afternoon. I found the Plumber who worked on my problems to be polite, respectful, very strong and resourceful. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He arrived on time, which to me is very important. I had sourght help from others for the problems I was experiencing, but had never had a satisfactory conclusion until Arlin, from Velocity plumbing, worked very hard and fixed everything for me. I found him to be very knowledgable. He also explained the issues and solutions very clearly and concisely, which I appreciated. When things looked like not working out Arlin became all the more determined that he was going to persevere and overcome all the issues that arose, which he did.

Had a really positive experience with Benn. I needed a shower head installed received friendly, on time, professional and top quality service. Will definitely be back if I ever have any other jobs.

Ben was excellent! Our hot water cylinder burst leaving our home flooded. Our insurance company failed to turn up so we made contact with Velocity Plumbing and Ben was extremely helpful. I called him late Wednesday and he came out Friday morning and installed the new hot water cylinder, ripple slab and plumbing.
