Australia Post - Mooroopna LPO

Had an awesome experience when posting something to the US. They were so patient and lovely. I completely have no idea what I am doing so the patience was great!

The staff are awesome - especially the owners. I can't believe the patience they show the oldies with their payment transactions.

Yeh the oldies that work there are abit wacky ! But they provide the service. Never had a drama in 18 months... and never have a doubt about them providing the the service. What do some expect ... a red carpet rolled out for them when they walk through the sliding glass ? Dont take notice of the negative messages ... they must have too much winging pom dna in there system. They also have some cool merchandise.

I'm always welcomed by the friendly staff. They are very helpful and always up for a chat.

Lots of people say the staff is rude or the customer service is bad, it’s not that i’m not agree but frpm my perspective is they just did what they need to do in an efficient way but with less emotion so it will feels like they’re talking in a rude way, but it’s fine for me since the process is fast and straightforward

Absolutely horrible customer service staff are rude and they’re high up their horses thinking they’re better than everybody else. Definitely worth of travel to shepparton. Stupid gronks.

Worse services ever. First they never deliver anything in my mailbox even when I’m all day at home.
One of my parcels is still in transit and when I call them they say oh no it’s here. They’re useless

As stated by others, rude obtrusive gronks, sad that Mooroopna gets this low level service from the government, but not unlike the level of services from local government.

Mooroopna should've been blessed with 2 post offices as this one is the most terrible in Australia.

Customer service is appalling from the middle aged women with glasses as always. They speak to customers very rudely and condescending and treat people with little respect. I've picked up parcels from here, with ID handed over and it was thrown at me not passed and had my parcel slammed down on the counter.

I'm not the only one here complaining about Mooroopna Post Office. But, it needs a good shake up on how they treat the Mooroopna Community.

I'd get my parcels sent to Shepparton as you get treated with respect.

What’s wrong with Au Post ? I’ve never met one Au post that their staffs are not rude or condescending. Guess being rude is the Company’s vision, being condescending is the Company’s mission, treating customers like nothing is the Company’s business strategy.

Horrible customer service, and that was from the owner of this TPO outlet.
Received an SMS notification at 8:39am stating the parcel was ready for collection. Attended onsite at 10:32am to pick up the parcel, after waiting 10-15 mins (acceptable wait time) I was then told it wasn't there. When I stated it was there and showed the app, he then stated to come back in an hour, they were not ready.
This would be all good and well if I lived around the corner, but for me it was a 40min round trip, to get rudely told to go away because they were not organised, wouldn't be acceptable if it was anything other than AusPost

Mistake after mistake then they have the audacity to offer to come to your place personally to drop off your mail... I'm actually considering calling the cops. These people don't follow AusPost procedures. They need to be shut down. And they refuse to give you their name to raise complaints. Stay away.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I AM ALWAYS OVER CHARGED FOR POSTAGE COSTS. NOT HAPPY!! NEVER POSTING ANYTHING EVER AGAIN IN MOOROOPNA. WILL BE GOING TO SHEPPARTON FROM NOW ON

Rude man runs the place, makes errors and overcharges. Avoid like the plague!
