NLF is well equipped to cater to all fitness levels, I like the 'no pressure atmosphere', I've found Jacqui to be friendly, approachable & knowledgeable & highly recommend it if you're starting out &/or daunted by the larger gyms - a friendlier environment.

Best value gym in Adelaide! No membership fees, no admin fees, no joining fees. Just pay for what you use or pay for the year. There are multiple options available. The gym has 24/7 access, so you can work out whenever it suits you best. It's never crowded and there's plenty of gear to work out with. There are classes for those who prefer the motivation of a group environment or personal trainers if you prefer the one on one treatment. Everyone is friendly and staff are very helpful. It's air conditioned for those hot days and there are fans around the place to keep the air moving, but it's not freezing cold like some other gyms. A male and female toilet is provide, but there are no showers. There's a coffee room upstairs for when you want to relax and chat with friends after a workout. Car parking is provided but limited. There's plenty of space available in the street when it gets busy in the gym. This gym is one of Adelaide's best kept secrets. Come and try it out and see for yourself.

Great fitness facility, friendly staff, family owned and run, a little smaller than normal 24/7 gyms but 100% worth it. Smaller sized carpark (approx 10-12 parking spaces in front of the gym)

The owner is very nice lady and helpful. Gym is fully equipped. Friendly members, you can play your own music if others don’t mind it.
