Off the beaten track but well worth a visit. Work your way down the hillside along manicured paths, past waterfalls and Ponds through a botanically organised series of feature gardens. Photographers will enjoy the vistas and the birdlike. See the Gang-gang cockatoos in the nut trees. Finish off with lunch in the Cafe overlooking the gardens and the distant valleys. Great day out.

A great place for an easy stroll and picnic. Very family friendly. We noticed that pets are not allowed to come in, so be aware if you have a fur baby. The garden entry is free of charge.

Free entry to these large and beautiful botanical gardens. The icon of the gardens seems to be a spiral made of rocks which is surrounded by flowers in front of the Blue Mountains landscape. There are native and exotic plants, mysterious walkways, information centre and a couple of cafes. Toilets and picnic tables available and plenty of car parks. The drive from Sydney is nice with windy roads surrounded by native bush, it’s also worth stopping off at Windsor, a pretty historic town.

Beautiful place. Amazing view from the cafe at the entrance. Had a great time taking photos of the different wildlife and flowers that I came across. It's pretty steep so be careful of you're not fit or able bodied as it is very tiring walking back up from the bottom of the garden

The gardens are full of beautiful and unique nature. I suggested following the map and going to all available sections! It can take some time so bring water and snacks. There are plenty of spots to sit and have a rest in the shade. It's a beautiful place and worth the time.

Fabulous garden. That's all there is to say isn't it?

But man this was such a lovely place to visit. There were so many variety of plants here from all over.

The view from the observation deck is breathtaking on a clear day and elevation of the garden makes it quite unique.

There's some picnic areas so bring something to nibble of if you like. But what a great garden.

Many flowers in the middle of October. Peaceful place and very beautiful. Could see different pines (as well as Wollemi) just after Rock garden down to lawn. Also sequoias are staggering. Definitely will come back on autumn. Free parking and free entrance.
