Excellent service. Dr Webb takes the time to get to know you and understand your issues…….Just like the good old days where your Doctor / patient relationship was a personal arrangement. Highly recommend this Doctor and practice. 👍👍👍👍👍

Maybe I am old fashioned but leaving a review for my treating doctor seems a little bizarre… I just do what I’m told by these trained professionals who have my best interests at heart. Anyone leaving a lesser review is a worry

I have been a patient at this practice for two decades, and have always been well looked after, by all the staff irrespective of their roles. I am very happy being a patient here, and can't see any reason to seek assistance anywhere else, emergencies excepted of course.

A quiet environment large complex comprising almost every medical need.
My Acupuncture Specialist Anne is quite delightful and anyone can tell you that she is very competent with her work. Much appreciated & looking forward to my next visit.

Amazing service and highly recommend this doctor to anyone. She is more than happy to help with any issue and my life is better thanks to this doctor.

Nurse Reception and Nurses are fantastic. Booking was easy and appointments on time. Fawne had a thorough up to date knowledge of current vaccination regulations.

This was my first appointment here to see my GP who has moved to the clinic. The reception staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient. Very happy with my experience, I am glad my GP has moved here.

Dr White was great. Her professionalism and assessment skills were appreciated. She actively listened and formulated a good treatment plan.

Great family practice that has extensive experience and services that are not available elsewhere. This center and the staff, are very well trained, and great level of professionalism and friendly. I have been at this center since it’s beginning and with one of the GP’s for nearly 20 years. I recommend this as not just a GP clinic but as a healthcare service, who do minor procedures, have a chemist, pathology, pshycolgists, podiatrists, allied health etc and the team are very knowledgeable about the Sale and Gippsland community and where to refer onto in most cases, most importantly, if they don’t know, they will say so. Trust and good communication is the key in a professional GP/ patient experience.

Very organised at the front of house. Staff knew what the process was and moved me through my first visit efficiently and with a smile.

Visited for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. Not too busy, the receptionist was friendly, the doctor was on time and I was able to have a blood test with no appointment and no wait.

Rang on Sat for Covid anti viral as had a positive result late Friday and again Sat morning , The lovely receptionist Taylor was so pleasant and helpful
Within an hour I got a Telehealth call from Dr Anne who seemed equally as lovely and she wrote out a script for me
Thank you for relieving my stress about not being able to get a consult on a Sat and anti virals within 5 day timeframe of start of symptoms xxx

I am very happy with the help I have received. The Psychologist i see has been kind, educational and most of all treats me with respect and courtesy. Because of Inglis, I am on my way to fully understanding my conditions and have already taken steps to better my life.

They were almost completely on time only a few minutes late, friendly staff and the doctor who was a new doctor listened to my needs and also performed and requested other normal health checks for my age. i was in and out quickly and they faxed off referral for me, thank you

The doctor was very polite and helpful. There was no hint of superciliousness, or of pressure to get the appointment over and done with as quickly as possble, as there is in some surgeries.
Also, the timing is managed well - you are called at almost the exact time of your appointment, so there is no needless waiting.
I highly recommend the Inglis Medical Centre.

I would like to highly recommend Inglis Medical Centre in Sale. I had a requirement to see a Dr late on Monday afternoon and although there were no available appointments that day I was able to be accommodated the following day. The Dr was thorough and attended to my needs promptly. I have used this medical clinic for all my medical needs for many years and cannot recommend them highly enough, from the reception staff, nurses, doctors, pathology and chemist, they are all first rate and I would never consider changing to another clinic.

My family and I cannot speak highly enough of our family Doctor John Bergin from the Inglis Medical Centre who has looked after us for many years. I will take this opportunity here to thank him again for the wonderful way he has cared for our family. Never is a detail overlooked and he will not stop until he solves a problem. Time taken is never an issue. We have been blessed to receive his service.

I was impressed by not only the Doctor but with the Clinic and Staff as well

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The Drs and nurses are really friendly and they listen and take the time to talk with you about anything you’re unclear about. Absolutely would recommend this practice to anyone.
