My husband and I got married at fins in October 2024 and my god it was the most special day of our lives. From the moment we found this venue (by accident) we absolutely FELL IN LOVE. We both knew we NEEDED to have our wedding there. We booked an onsite meeting and Juliette and the staff were amazing. They talked us through every little detail, things we didn’t even think about and felt so comfortable and at ease. All our guests raved about the food and still talk about the food and beautiful view now. It did rain on our wedding for a little bit but the staff were so reassuring and accommodating and the moment it stopped, everyone was outside drying the chairs and setting up. As a bride, I was looking from the bridal suite and felt so happy to still have the ceremony outside and all the staff doing what they could to make this possible. We had 148 guests and Fins was the only venue we found that accommodated for that many guests with attention to detail. We were so grateful that Fins really understood that we wanted a fun, lively, atmosphere for our wedding. From the ceremony, to the cocktail hour, to the bar and dinner and reception, everything was perfect. I 100% recommend this venue and I hope one day I can go to fins as a guest. Thank you Juliette, Morgan, chef Snowy and the team for taking care of us and being such pivotal parts of our most magical day ✨❤

I just don't even know where to start! Our wedding was everything we dreamed of and more. We fell in love with Fins when we visited and instantly booked. Juliette was by our side the whole time and she was honestly the best. Nothing ever phased her - I had so many questions and she took the time to carefully answer every single one. Her expertise and knowledge was so appreciated. Morgan and the team on the day were flawless, everything was so seamless and our guests never had an empty hand. We've had so much feedback about how attentive the staff were. Morgan made the day run so smoothly and I cannot thank her enough, she was an absolute angel! The food - omg - is out of this world. Hats off to Chef Snowy and his team, our guests are still talking about the food! Feasting style was a huge hit (the beef gnocchi is next level) and the live food station at cocktail hour was fun! Also the pavlova is to die for, one of our guests literally had 3 or 4 of them it was that good! Everything was just phenomenal.

I honestly cannot express how incredible the team at Fins are. Just about every single guest said it was one of the best venues they'd been to. Our day was so, so magical and I wish we could do it all again.

Where do we even start. Everything was just perfect. First of all, Morgan and Juliette have been with us and supported us every step of the way since we locked in Fins as our wedding venue. Morgan and the team were also there on the day, making everything absolutely seamless. Our guests kept mentioning how incredible and tentative all the staff were on the day and there was not a single moment any of our guests had an empty glass, which was very appreciated. And the food!! It is out of this world. I am vegan and Snowy and his chefs went above and beyond to make sure the most amazing vegan food was served to me. For guests without any dietary requirements, we had a grazing style kind of dinner and all of our friends and family kept mentioning this was the best food they ever had at a wedding. Especially the pork belly with king prawn starter and Snowy’s fish main was mentioned several times the days after. We even brought some leftovers with us and got to enjoy the food the day after as well! Guests have also been reaching out to us requesting the wine list as this was also on point. On top of all of this, the venue and backdrop is incredible and we could not be happier with our location photos and videos. Thank you Morgan, Snowy and the team for creating our dream wedding!

Fins at Plantation House is a magical place. The perfect venue with absolutely magnificent staff who venture to go above and beyond for you. Juliette was a pleasure to deal with in the year leading up to our wedding. Her knowledge and expertise in planning really made my life easy. No question was too small and she really made sure every last detail was conveyed to the team on the day! Speaking of, Jonesy, Morgan and Chef Snowy made all of our dreams on the day come to life. They nailed it and made sure no one was without food or a beverage in their hand. The bar and kitchen staff and whole team really made the day so special. The feasting menu was incredible and highly recommend the live food bars instead of regular canapes! We love fins!!! Thank you to the whole team for making the day unforgettable.

There for the most fantastic wedding. Venue is on a hill looking west to the ranges across a lush green valley. A semi rainforest feel is inviting.
Lawn at front then you enter he bar area & on to a rustic dining venue at rear which was beautifully decorated featuring numerous fairy lights.
Staff were fantastic- well selected & trained & atuned to your wishes.
Our food was share plates & very tasty & well cooked.
Lots of off street parking.

The most amazing wedding venue and team!! We had the perfect day for our wedding and couldn’t have asked for anything more. From the initial planning through to the day itself, the service and communication with the Fins team was excellent. The team were always quick to reply to me via email, answering my 100 questions. On the day itself - the service was phenomenal, with the staff constantly making sure we and our guests had our drinks and tummies full. As for the food - wow!! We received so many compliments on the food and service, with many guests saying it’s the best they’ve ever had. Also must mention the venue itself and the magnificent views. Thanks so much to Juliette, Morgan, Jonesy, Snowy and the rest of the team for making our wedding day so special. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed a lovely team dinner at Fins and couldn't rate it more highly. Juliette was very helpful in the lead up to the event and the staff on the night were exceptional. It was a beautiful venue that comfortably sat our large 100+ group. Food was delicious and the entire evening ran seamlessly. Would highly recommend Fins Plantation house for anyone that wants to wow their guests.

We had the best experience having our wedding at Fins. The location is fantastic with views of Mount Warning. The staff are fantastic - so helpful in the lead up to the wedding and checking in on us all throughout the day to make sure we had everything we needed. The venue is beautiful and so lush with lots of plants and flowers. Food was incredible - Snowy’s fish was so good. The whole experience and day was 10/10. We couldn’t have picked a better place. The team at Fins have been absolutely AMAZING! We fell in love with the venue the very first moment we viewed it and this was on a rainy day! They were so helpful every step of the way and made it a seamless process, taking away all the stress. The day of our wedding we had the most perfect weather, everything was perfect the sunset, the views, the FOOD! For many days after the wedding all our guests spoke about was how amazing the food was (especially the seafood) and how unreal the sunset was. The staff on the day were fantastic, our wedding was cocktail so the staff always ensured we had something to eat and a drink in our hand, They ensured everything went smoothly. The day was MAGICAL!

These guys were nothing short of perfection. The moment we walked into Fins we knew it was for us. Form the beautiful grounds, the friendly and kind staff to the exceptional food, everything was exceptional.

One of the best things about this venue is the ability to reflect your style as a couple, from minimal to extravagant, Fins can do it all. We adored the greenery of the reception space, the mountain views and the magical sunset. However, the thing that all of our guests spoke about was the food!

A perfect day in the most dreamy part of the world. Now just to convince some friends to get married here so I can go back!

Fins is the best! They made the organising of the wedding super easy and were there for all of our small questions with quick responses. After we met the team and visited the stunning venue our minds were put completely to ease about everything, they are friendly, fun, super organised and flexible. On the day, they met everybody’s needs, drinks were never empty and the food was exceptional. We are so grateful for all your efforts and making it all seem effortless - thank you guys so much for exceeding all of our expectations!

Where do I start! Fins at Plantation House allowed for my husband and I to have the wedding of our dreams! From the stunning views this location has to offer right through to all the staff and wedding coordinators. Fins strongly focuses on giving the bride and groom a stress free, relaxed, professional wedding. 3 months out from our big day we met with Juliette who took as through an extremely detailed wedding help list so they could get the best idea of our ideal day. Throughout the whole experience Fins at Plantation House would send us emails to follow up how we are going and if we faced any issues they would follow them up for us! They were all so helpful! All night our guests were telling us that this was the best wedding they had ever attended and the best venue! On our big day we had Honor who was amazing! She was super helpful in organising everything and the staff. She was so on top of everything! The venue was also flexible. We ran behind with family portraits and they organised all of our guests to fit in around this without anyone even knowing. The staff know exactly what they are doing. I couldn’t recommend this venue enough! if only I could redo this day 1000x.

We recently had our wedding at Fins at Plantation House and it was a wonderful experience. From our first visit to look at the venue with its unbeatable views and it’s beautiful interiors and garden, to organising it with the very capable, professional and helpful staff, to the actual day which ran so perfectly thanks to them - we were just so happy with the whole experience. An absolutely stunning venue with great staff to match! As soon as we walked through Fins at their open day, we couldn’t say no. Incredible scenery, great décor, delicious food and the sunset over the front lawn is magical.
The team at Fins are very professional, easy to deal with, flexible and made our wedding day run smoother than we ever could have imagined. Special shout-out to Jonesy for his coordination on the day, all of our guests were impressed with his attentiveness and eye for detail.

We were here for my niece's wedding and the atmosphere was relaxing and the views fantastic.

There are wedding venues and then there is FINS...next level...incredible.

Due to Covid we had to reschedule a few dates and the team was second to none, they were so amazing, kind, accommodating, understanding, and so beautiful and helpful to us - they became great friends to us and we just love them all.

Not only did they guide us through the whole overwhelming experience of navigating a wedding during covid, when the day eventually came - they made sure that is was the best day of our lives

- The food, everyone said it was the best they ever had at a wedding - Snowy and the team are absolute guns in the kitchen. So incredible and delicious.
- Service - they have more than enough staff there to service a wedding, every guest was getting constantly topped up
- The Grounds - Honestly pictures do how lush and beautiful the grounds are...it is the most stunning place to host a wedding, you don't need to lift a finger to bring a lot of stuff in..its all there.

We LOVE everything about Fins and i'll talk about this place until i get divorced lol

I couldn't fault Juliette, Jonesy & the team at Fins, they exceeded our expectations & beyond, every guest has commented 'best wedding ever' & that was all thanks to the INCREDIBLE food, service & non stop support from the moment we started planning our wedding to the moment we walked out of the venue on the night. Honestly could not fault the team at Fins or the venue itself, the venue was spectacular. If I could do it all over again, I wouldn't be going anywhere else. Thanks again guys!!!!

Everything we ever dreamed of for our wedding day Fins provided us with. From the location, the venue, the finer details of decorations, the insanely tasty food, the cocktails and most importantly the service of the staff, everything was above and beyond.

All our guests couldn't believe not only how much food there was, but how good the food was too that they just couldn't stop. Everyone commented on how good the service of the staff was that you didn't even finish your drink before staff were there to serve you another one.

Morgan, Martha and Maddy were all so great to communicate with specially in the lead up to our wedding day as things started to get a little hectic. Emails were always answered without delay and no question was left unanswered. Even when we were challenged with Covid, they reassured everything would be just as we dreamt and did everything in their power to make sure of it. AND on the day, Katie who was looking after the bridal party was amazing to say the least! She made sure not only that the night went smoothly, but she also made sure not only we were catered to, but our whole bridal party was having the time of our lives, which of course we all were.

Thank you so much again to Fins at Plantation house for making our dream wedding come true. We have so many amazing memories and truely recommend anyone thinking of getting married to check out Fins at Plantation house as it's just like the fairytale you've always dreamt of!
