My little sanctuary! Every time I walk in the door, my whole body relaxes accompanied by an audible happy sigh 😅 The aroma, the herbal tea, the treatments, and the girls of course are amazing. As a local I frequent for massage - always the perfect blend of relaxation and releasing tension in my muscles. Peta is a God sent, she has truly created a beautiful and professional space, also offering gorgeous local products and goodies. We love knowing she is a long time local too!

Booked a last minute massage whilst staying at Peppers for a few nights. Luckily they had one spot left for the next day. From the moment I walked in , lovely Demi made me feel relaxed. I had a perfect pressure 60 min massage and it was ‘perfect’. The space is calm, perfect temperature and quiet. Highly recommend if you are in this beautiful part of the world. Thanks Demi.

I have found it very hard to find an experienceed therapist that ticks all the boxes, but today my experience at "Exhale at Salt Beauty and Massage Studio " far exceeded my expectations.
I booked in for a 180min " Luxury at Exhale" package which included a massage, a facial and a pedicure.
From start to finish, my therapist Peta had me in bliss. I was completely indulged by her amazing technique which put me into a deep state of relaxation. Can't wait to go back!!!

Just had the best facial of my entire life by Peta at Exhale at Salt Beauty. And I've had a few I can tell you. Peta's knowledge of the facial anatomy is incredible and she released all the tension in my face. Felt quite emotional after treatment. My skin feels superb! Divine products! Highlight of my trip from Melbourne!

I contacted Exhale to purchase a gift voucher for my mum, for Mother's day. I live in the United States & she is local. It is ALWAYS difficult & costly to send gifts. The staff at Exhale were beyond helpful. We went back n forth thru emails to chose a package & figure out how to pay. The whole process went smoothly, efficiently & very professionally. Mum has booked her pampering for Tue 30th so I cannot wait to hear how much she enjoyed.

I just had THE most amazing facial here. I am not a facial gal but decided to treat myself while on holidays. I think Leah has converted me! The whole experience was wonderful. Beautiful products, amazing flowing technique, warm cocoon like towels, cooling rollers and a scalp and arm massage that put me into a deep relaxation state! My skin just soaked it all up! I've been to many places & had many massages, but Peta at Exhale is THE BEST! The most relaxing place to unwind & I always walk out feeling incredible. The heated bed is a touch of luxury you never knew you needed, but once you go here once, you will never go anywhere else. So happy I found this place & already looking forward to coming back.

Just booked in for my 5th visit to Exhale at Salt. My partner and I love this spa! The best massages ever, the therapists are fantastic and tailor treatments specifically to you. The whole experience is calming and luxurious, very reasonable prices too. I get the 1.5 hr perfect pressure massage and every time I have not wanted the treatment to end. Highly recommend! Just got a 90 minute perfect pressure massage - incredible! Peta gave a truly wonderful massage - felt almost remedial but somehow relaxing at the same time. Exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend

It was absolutely fantastic! The place is peaceful and clean, the therapists are lovely and very dedicated and the quality of the treatment is amazing! Totally recommended it!

My wife and I just had a wonderfully relaxing experience with Exhale at Salt. I had a full body massage with Peta. She is a very experienced therapist and a very nice person too! I really enjoyed the face & head massage towards the end. I left feeling Zen’d-out for the rest of the afternoon. My wife had a Mani/Pedi with Vicky. She said Vicky was a great therapist with an engaging personality and she was very happy with her treatments. We’d both highly recommend you book a treatment here if you’re staying in the nearby resorts.
