Live Breath Pilates is an amazing and welcoming studio. Alex is a very knowledgeable and caring instructor who provides that personal touch and tailors the exercises to suit your bodies needs. The studio is well equipped and has a friendly, relaxed vibe. I thoroughly recommend her classes to anybody in doing Pilates.

I have been going to Alex's reformer classes for almost 2 months and I am hooked! I have finally found the exercise that I know I will stick at.
Alex is such a great instructor, who offers different levels of difficulty depending on your capability. She is very personable and makes the classes fun whilst giving us a great workout.

I have been attending Live Breath Pilates with Alexander Church for 6 years. The mat classes have been a life saver for me! I feel fit and it has relieved the pain I had in my hip.
I now also have a reformer class once a week. It is a small reformer class with my safety being a priority in all movements under Alex’s guidance. If you are looking to improve your fitness in a friendly and safe environment this is the Pilates class you need. Thank you Alex ❤

Pilates with Alex is really so good! She’s the best teacher, her studio beautiful and relaxing, her classes small and individualised. I’ve noticed a big improvement in my fitness, balance and happily a decrease in my generalised aches and pains!!

Love going to these classes. Teacher Alex is very experienced, aware of all participants and their needs, but also challenges the class and her knowledge of Pilates exercise is outstanding.

I had no idea I could do these amazing exercises. Initially I was hesitant, but with the guidance of Alex and being comfortable with the “team” I succeeded. Great atmosphere, and a tremendous feeling of achievement!

I drive a 50km round trip to attend Alex’s classes. There are plenty of options close to me, but, when only the best will do, you make the effort.
