Incredible food at such a good price. Staff very friendly too.

The best breakfast I have had in ages. The Dukkah scrambled eggs were delicious and the salmon eggs benedict was cooked perfectly. The coffee was so good. Wish it was closer so I could return. We will be back one day.

Best coffee and a really friendly staff. Cost is reasonable and well worth the walk from nearby. Reward yourself with a coffee, and maybe even a pastry from them too. I didn't get food, but it looked *really* good. Great vibe, and if you take away, head to the beach and watch the whales go past. Awesome, and I can highly recommend it.

We love Salt Bean! They have really yummy breakfast options, and killer burgers. Can't go past their coffee either. Friendly staff, great atmosphere. We will be back!

Lovely staff, friendly and the service was so quick. The Cafe was busy so we expected a wait but the drinks and food came out very fast. We will definitely come back here again.

Well worth a visit.

This is a very busy cafe, particularly on a Sunday, the reason is evident when you have your breakfast and the delicious coffee. There is plenty of alfresco seating, unlimited filtered still or sparkling water on tap and very friendly service. Because it is so busy breakfast takes a while to serve, the wait is worth it see photo attached. Fresh garnishes, runny eggs, buttery toasted sourdough and packed full of flavour, this was the first highlight. The second is the coffee, a rich and dark chocolaty coffee that left a pleasant light after taste on the palate that I didn't want to wash away with the sparkling water.
Bypass the grungy pub and the faux French pastiserie, this is the place to go and be seen, it will not disappoint.

Great coffee and food. Sort of.
My family and I really only stopped by Saltbean for a coffee prior to heading down to the beach. Although the food looked amazing, and prices seemed reasonable, I only ate a couple slices of Turkish toast with butter and honey. I’m not sure how Turkish with a little honey could improve, but somehow they did it. It was delicious. We’ll definitely make the trip from the Gold Coast for more than just coffee and toast next time.

Excellent little cafe run by good owners and staff. Top customer experience! Have had plenty of stuff from the menu including the burger, acai bowl, and corn fritters. All excellent quality cafe food - especially for the price. The burger has a good patty, sauce and bun and the sweet potato wedges were EXCELLENT. Best ones I've had by far. Highly recommend.

I come here nearly every week as part of The Mongrels Men walking group. The staff are very patient with us older blokes as we bring our own Coffee mugs. They have great front counter staff, and nothing is ever too much trouble. It's got terrific atmosphere and The Egg & Bacon rolls are first rate.

Best beef burger ever. Fresh, flavoursome and make sure you have an appetite. The burger and beer deal is perfect after a trip to the beach.

Food and staff customer service very good, while there was a glitch with our online order going through, the manager when he was alerted got all chefs on deck and food was out in 5 minutes & we were offered complimentary milkshakes to our 6 children, will highly recommend going back

Good breakfast, outdoor lively sitting area. Quick service, good food, juices and coffee, enjoyed by us all.
Adults both had salmon eggs Benedict, kids had kids pancakes. Yum!!
