Mantra on Salt Beach Kingscliff

Had a great time here for new years with my sister. Loved the hotel, staff were great and facilities were fine. We did notice that although our room was really clean, the carpets through to the rooms (communal areas and corridors) were pretty filthy.

Great place for a few days get away. Very quiet and very nice surroundings. We are thinking of coming back in November for my wife's 50th 😎

Very surprised at this resort. Reminded me in presentation of our overseas holidays, especially Fiji and Hawaii. We like straight forward quality accommodation, no frilly stuff. But we had a larger than expected apartment, spacious outdoor area, streaming services, large lounge and master bedroom TVs, good speed wifi, spa and shower, full kitchen inclusions, access pools and tennis courts, easy walk to beach, walkway and cycleway and resort shops. Sufficient underground secure parking. I found the apartment so comfortable I took regular daily naps with the ocean sounds and breezes. Loved it. Very nice.

Currently staying here for our first family holiday since having our 1 year old. We're having the best time and are defanatly not looking forward to going home.
Rooms, pool, service and location is all on point. A high chair and cot was provided to make our stay that little bit easier with a 1 year old. We seriously can't fault our stay at all. 50 minutes from surfers paradise. Park and resturants all within walking distance from mantra. All staff have been so friendly and helpful. We will defanatly be back. We cant wait for next time !

Rooms are a little tired and could use a little upgrade but they are comfortable, roomy very clean, definitely not covered in mould just getting a little old, but a great location, it was my 6th visit and we go back on the 3rd of May for our 7th visit. Staff are lovely and very helpful

Beautiful place near the beach and loved my stay at the Mantra, I've stayed at a few others but this place is top of the line from the entrance to the pools, the rooms all with private varanders and there is a restaurant and cafe. Staff are amazing only thing I would suggest is if your staying longer than 5 days like me, call to book room in to be cleaned and also to get refreshed towels which can be a pain if you are there for work and away majority of the day. There is a pool around the back area which I recommend as it has a spa, alot of families stay here so if like me your wanting to chill out after work in the spa you might need to utilise it late at night or early in the morning while the kids are asleep hehe.. the gym facilties are great 👍 the rooms have a kettle and fridge so if you want to cook anything I would suggest bbq style foods as there are communal bbqs or utilise the amazing restaurants. It was quite packed on the Saturday so make sure you book a table 😀 as I stayed there for work and needed a quite room to sleep make sure to book the rooms towards the back as they are a bit more quite and the families seem to stay towards the centre of the Mantra. I look forward to my return

All good. I stayed there for 5 days 4 nights, not a single day my room was cleaned. I am not sure the reason though 😅

A phenomenal oasis resort with all the features, facilities, shops, restaurants, right in front of the beach! The two pools/spas are fantastic, one heated the other not. Tennis courts, table tennis, bikes, BBQs and more. The reception staff and staff around were lovely, always smiling and always happy to help. This venue deserves 5 star for how luxurious it is! Thank you :)

Staff were amazing, room was great, nice pool view and had sun all day. Being winter we could relax on the balcony overlooking the pool and waterfall.

Night time super quite with the only noise of the waterfall and waves crashing. Amazing, slept like a baby.

Otherwise a good time of year to vist, end of July, if you like it quite and minimal humans around when you go on those long beach walks and out dining.

Cons. WiFi is no good, had to keep singing up to Accor. End up hot spotting from mobile. Sucks if you are there to do business on the laptop.

The room was clean. It has beach access, 5 mins walk to beach. It has a salt village, we can get indian, Mexican, Japanese etc. Food.

I would recommend Mantra On Salt to anyone who wants a great experience in a wondeful part of the world. Wander down to Salt beach 2 minutes away and watch Hump Back Whales breaching. Great sevice staff and amenities.

Lovely apartment! I liked that there were sunbeds on the balcony and a bath.
Reception staff were very friendly and lobby was lovely looking.
Both pools were great, especially the big lagoon style one!

The staff at Salt were lovely, friendly and helpful. The room was amazing, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses etc and had beautiful views. We were spoilt with everything we needed all in one place. There is no need to go anywhere from this property. The pool area is well kept and beautifully appointed for both young and old. I love the proximity of the French patisserie, the restaurants and even a little shopping area with clothing and jewellery, not to mention the beautiful beach. We enjoyed a drink in the bar overlooking the pool. The venue was perfect for a family get together, where all of the families were able to stay in their own accommodation but meet in the common areas.

Excellent service, portacot brought to our room and assembled with linen Provided, checkout 11am and allowed access to pools after checking out . Wonderful experience. Not many shops nearby but beach is very close !! 😻

Had the most incredible stay at Mantra, from the beautiful lagoon pool to the comfortable spacious rooms, it’s the ultimate place to unwind. The staff are so friendly and accommodating! I want to give a special mention to Sagar for all his help with my stay. Absolutely outstanding. Can’t wait to come back!
