C4 Campinground Golden Beach

Lovely place to camp awhile. Good spots all along the coast. A couple have drop toilets. Up the road there is a Rv drop point and a small shop, there is also some 4.00 hot showers at the shops aswell.
Fresh water at the community centre. All marked very well.
The Trisulo shipwreck is still sticking out of the ground.

Incredibly beautiful beach with soft white sand and many dunes to sit and enjoy the view. A fantastic place to visit with the dog 💚🐕

One of the many free public camping grounds managed by Parks Victoria along the 90 mile beach. This one has NO facilities at all. NO water, toilets, fireplaces, power, bins etc. So you must be fully self contained if you are staying overnight. The beautiful beach is a short walk of about 100 metres through the dunes. Sheltered from strong winds by a low dune and vegetation all around. It is very close to the road but there is not much traffic so it's quite peaceful. The ground is very sandy and not very flat so you may have trouble with a tent, but a van you can level would be fine. Not really suitable for very large vans as there are quite a few trees and with the extremely soft sand, you may have difficulty turning around, so check it out carefully before entry.

Low trees shelter you from the wind. Short stroll to the beach. Though no view of the beach from the campsite

Good selection of camp spots, whether in4 or any of the 19 areas along the coast, many spots within each site. No view of the sea, but can hear it and it’s only a short stroll down. Plenty of shade and cover with the trees surrounding. Shop, water and toilets only up the road. Be sure to clear your rubbish, not everyone does and only making it look worse.
