The best practice I have ever been to in 59 years. No appointment necessary, 15 minute wait time on average (or less), 8am opening, and flawlessly efficient service. The expertise of GP Chris may well have saved my life and was commended by the renal specialist and registrar at Nepean hospital. Just wow. Thank you team.

We needed to make a quick trip to Lithgow Medical Clinic, while in Wallerawang for the weekend. Making an appointment online was very easy. I was able to fill-in the New Patient Questionnaire online at the same time, which was great & I was very fortunate to have my appointment with Dr Grace Kim.

Dr Kim, was absolutely wonderful! She has a lovely personality, listened to my problems, was thorough with her examination and discussion of my medical history and clearly set-out the next steps if the medication she provided did not assist my illness. I could not recommend her highly enough!

All this and at no cost...what a change compared to my regular GP Practice in Sydney.

I can recommend this clinic. I started visiting lithgow medical last year.. I have received nothing but kindness and help from staff at the front desk, doctors and nursing staff. Yes waiting times are long due to the many people who go there. This clinic has very long opening hours and easy payment option. I am very happy with the doctor I see and will continue to visit.

you are open all the time, something prior to your arrival we would have to drive all the way to the hospital, because no Doctors were open on the weekends or public holidays! (without the Doctor of your choice)

Nurse Emma at the rear treatment room was charming gracious well informed and a credit to the Clinic in every way. I normally consult Doctor Daniel Chang and Doctor Tschukinov. Both of these people are very good at what they do. I am richly blessed that I live five minutes away and can get to consult with them with a minimum of fuss.The people at the front desk Ms Jan Collins and the indefatigable Nathan are wonderful.

My recent dealings with the clinic and Dr. Noty Canada have been excellent.
The receptionists will always interrupt whatever they are doing (often a lot) to assist you with your request and are very friendly in the process.

In addition the pathology is always swift and is able to adapt to my needs, which is lying down for a blood test.

Dr. Canada is very efficient, knowledgeable and a great listener.

Everything I've had done has been bulk billed to date and in general walk-in appointments are a great success.

Theres no doubt this will be my clinic of choice indefinitely, as such my wish list includes:
- Masks provided at the entrance.
- A water tower.
- A psychiatrist.
- Improved Parking.
- Some ability to contact your G.P of choice with follow-up documentation.

I have been going to this practice for a while now and have seen a few different doctors, nurses and the pathology which is located in the practice as well. All are pleasant and listen to you. They answer all my questions with a smile and Dr Munoz in particular has impressed me with her manner and care, nothing is too much trouble. Wait time is minimal, staff are agreeable, and the premises is clean and tidy. It is so easy and well managed, and you are able to book online without any fuss. I will keep going there.

Great service and staff, poor mobile reception with Optus but they do provide free WIFI wich is great. Wait times can vary but that's to be expected. Ring ahead and book in and its not to bad.

Very caring doctors, receptionists and nurses. Nathan is great. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, always had a good experience there. Times have been hard for them with Covid-19, but all the staff have been very professional and caring when at times they must have all been exhausted.

Excellent practice , excellent Doctors and staff. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my health needs.

Good/friendly service from reception and medical staff despite the Doctor shortages creating long waits with no bookings.

Excellent clinic. I'm from the upper mountains and this is superior to anything we have locally. And it also bulk bills. Comprehensive facilities and skilled staff that offer great care and attention.
You are never turned away or told you have to wait 2 months for an appointment to see a doctor. You may not always get the doctor you want at very short notice, but if it's important for you to be seen quickly medical care will be available.
Offers tele-medicine appointments to registered patients, and has a range of bulk billed ancillary health services for skin cancer checks and management, immunisations, minor surgical procedures, dietary advice and podiatry.

Great Practice with very friendly staff. Need to update system for patients to be seen on or close to their appointment times.

Great friendly service provided by Nathan on reception who was able to rebook my Doctors appt after my Doctor was away sick. The staff are all customer focused.

I reckon they are pretty good. This is bulk billing, sometimes you have to wait a little but everything is on site, the doctors are professional and attentive and the staff is friendly. Thank you for your work guys!

This rating is for reception staff and nursing staff only. I realise the doctors are stretched , but if they say that something will be done (send e prescriptions) and nothing arrive 33 hrs later that is not good enough.

Reception staff are always lovely and call us by name when they know us. The wait can be lengthy but Doctor Canada and Dr Alivio are worth it. Thank you all!

Just had an appointment here. I was seen exactly at my appointment time, no waiting at all. The receptionist was exceptional even though she was extremely busy she was cheerful, polite and helpful. Not many medical centres bulk bill these days.

My GP & all the staff at Lithgow Medical Clinic make me feel safe and cared for. They go above all expectations of care and consideration. I can’t thank them enough.
