My uhf radio packed it in on my way to the Simpson. I drove from Mt Dare hoping ARB could help. They fixed the problem immediately despite a huge backlog of work. Brilliant customer service. I cannot thank them enough. Phil

Just wanted to say a big thank you to the guys who assisted me with an issue with my ARB compressor. They were so helpful, friendly and sorted out what the issue was very quickly and got it working again. Big relief as I am currently traveling and will rely on my compressor constantly during my time in the NT. Can’t recommend them highly enough!! 💚☘

I can't praise ARB enough for truly awesome customer service.

Paul, Jason and the rest of the team are fantastic, kind, considerate, understanding, timely and happy to listen to newbie 4wd drivers like my wife and me with our new Isuzu MUX.

So far ARB have installed their awesome, roof rack, lightbar, drawers + fridge, dual battery setup and installed our dashcam for us.

Still to come bull bar with recovery points, brush bars and side steps :-)

Friendly, professional and knowledgeable!

After travelling 3000km’s from Brisbane a spotlight had worked loose and a screw worked its way out. I dropped hoping for a replacement screw. I was greeted by some friendly blokes who replaced the screw, tightened the remainders and gave me a spare set of security Allen keys.

You can’t ask for better service than that!

Having a nation wide service and support network is invaluable and makes me realise how important it is!

Paul and the crew were awesome. They fitted a dual battery system and solar on my 76 Landcruiser and did a perfect job. I ended up needing to leave Alice for work and they stored my car while I was away and gave other tradespeople access to it for other modifications. Excellent service all round.

Wow - talk about amazing customer service.
Arrived 10mins before closing time to see if they could help me with an issue the following day but Paul said “why don’t we take a quick look at it whilst your here”.
Stayed back, got it fixed. He genuinely wanted to help me out and did it with a smile.

Warranty issue taken care of by Paul and the team while they were under the pump, and we were passing through Alice... they took on resolving the issue from another ARB franchise without any resistance and maintained professionalism and our confidence in the ARB brand as a result. Nice new store with some useful things we needed. More importantly they were able to do a 500km service on our new OME suspension at almost no notice very quickly. Now we are ready to continue our outback adventure with peace of mind. Thanks ARB Alice!

Genuine thanks to the hard working, knowledgeable lads in ARB Alice Springs. They sorted two small issues for me today in a timely fashion.

Received fantastic service from the team here. Got us back on the road after sorting our fridge problems out. Couldn’t fault their communication and customer service, and really appreciate their help.

Sorry this is a bit late. A few weeks ago, I needed assistance from the team there to get the reversing camera on the Kaymar duel carriage at the back of my Prado fixed. They were absolutely fantastic! Knowing my predicament of commuting to Alice Springs from Darwin with the car residing in Alice, they fixed the issue immediately for me. I spend a lot of time in the bush so the car does get knocked around a bit. These guys are very busy and to take the time to help me out at short notice was absolutely fantastic. I can’t speak highly enough of the team there and their great service.

Came in with a warranty issue for a faulty tyre pump up valve that came standard with my tyre pump up kit that i bought from ARB head office in Kilsyth Victoria. I opted to go for a more expensive option with a digital gauge attached, bloke sold it to me at trade price, which was better than the "employee" discount that i have with ARB. Very friendly there.

Great to have found this ARB store! Paul made sure I was looked after and helped me out to get back on the road again. Very much appreciated. Two thumbs up and 5 Stars!

I limped in to Alice Springs with damaged suspension. Troy and the team were outstanding getting us sorted and chasing up some difficult parts. He had his team come in specially to get us back on the road. Exceptional service at a very fair cost. Couldn’t be happier.

A big shout out to the guys in the workshop who got my fridge up and running again.
These guys listened to the issues I was having, tested everything, including my 12v system, diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Great result especially seeming the store in Melbourne where I bought it repeatedly telling me the fridge was fine and that it was my car.

Probably the best ARB in Australia. Called them up with less than a day’s notice during christmas period for a broken shock after doing the Great Central rd. Didn’t have bp51’s on hand so they switched in a brand new pair of nitro’s for me. We were travelling to Brisbane from Perth so they organised ahead for the Maroochydore store to receive and fit bp51’s back on for us further along in our travels. Not only did they keep us on the road but kept us on schedule too which I would not have expected, especially at this time of year, but am very grateful for.
