Can not fault. Rang in the morning. Luckily happened to be going through my area at the time. Thankfully had the part he needed. Dishwasher was fixed with in an hour of my call. Top notch.

Outstanding service in every way. Fixed our stovetop which malfunctioned for tenants while we were living in Canada; liased with parts supplier and tenants to address problems with a minimum of fuss. Handled many international phone calls and emails with good humour and honesty and completed repairs quickly and at a very reasonable price. Cannot recommend this business highly enough!

After waiting to hear from another Fisher & Paykel authorised repairer (which I still haven't heard from) for a repair to a washing machine (under extended warranty). I contacted F & P again yesterday morning and within 5 mins of Midcoast receiving the work authority I had a phone call from Kathy to book in service with Midcoast Appliances. Darren arrived this morning to find I needed a part ordered which he will order when he returns to office. I can not fault the prompt and courteous service of this company as for the other one PMAS which is on the Fisher & Paykel website as preferred repairer when you enter your postcode. " I"AM STILL WAITING."

Very happy with the service from Midcoast. They were able to send a repair man within a day to repair our dishwasher, he arrived at the time scheduled and was able to repair our dishwasher quickly and cheaply. Great service.

These guys are fantastic, friendly and prompt. My oven was fixed under warranty. Nothing was a problem. they had to order parts and were back the very next day. Reliable friendly and professional.

We purchased a Westinghouse refrigerator from the Good Guys just over 2 years ago and the ice maker failed 2 months out of warranty. Darren from Midcoast Appliances came out and after the second service call worked with Electrolux to solve our problem. Darren arranged to have the fridge replaced FOC with the new latest model machine.
Excellent service in every way by both Darren at Midcoast Appliances and Electrolux/Westinghouse.

Outstanding service, got a 40yr old oven, and they look up for the parts as well as printed some information for me, unlike a couple of other repair companies who "put it in the too hard bin" Well done ladies!
