Clarence Coast Mitsubishi

We ran into trouble with our Pajero and we were a long way from home with 3 young children. At very short notice, even though they were fully booked, Clarence Coast Mitsubishi said to come by and they would see what they could do. We tried Geoff King Motors first in Coffs Harbour and were told it would be a 3 week wait. But the team in Grafton fit us in and got us on the road again. They also went above and beyond to help us keep the kids busy, offering colouring in etc and just all round great service. Thank you!

The team at Grafton have gone above and beyond when I turned up with a door handle issue. Nothing was a problem and they got me back in to refit new part super quick. Love these guys so much. THANK YOU TEAM GRAFTON.

I always have a great experience at Clarence Coast Mitsubishi. My car is serviced well, the staff are super friendly and I’ve never had to wait long for the job to be done. I will continue to take my car there for the foreseeable future with pleasure.

Had my Mitsubishi Pajero serviced here a few days ago. It was a major 60k service and there was a long list of things I wanted them to check and/or replace.

We are doing The Lap and this car tows our caravan, is used for gnarly 4WD tracks and all our sightseeing, so needs to be in tip top shape.

Never been to Grafton before, we diverted here just for the car service as we headed down the east coast. The town itself is a disappointment - but Mitsubishi was not.

Brenda on the service desk was a joy to deal with and the fella in the suit (the manager maybe?) was hands on, came out to see me before and after the service and went out of his way to explain everything that had been done - and most importantly, why.

I've never been thanked for taking my car for its service before. Price was $500 cheaper than my regular Mitsubishi in QLD and they went above and beyond by replacing missing nuts and bolts, evicting some wildlife nesting in the chassis (🐀) and cleaning the car.

Well done guys, 5 stars.

Big shout out to CCM for finding a way to get us back on the road so quickly after our holiday car breakdown. They squeezed us in to their packed schedule, throw in the last week school hols and a packed Grafton cup week 2022, yet they managed it somehow... Won't ever be forgotten. Thank you!

We were leaving Grafton heading home to Yass, in my triton. The turbo hose decided it was a good time to let go from the turbo. Unable to drive the car any long distance in this condition we carefully drove it to Mitsubishi Grafton. The Service Center staff were immediately able to help, identifying the problem, the hose was unable to be fixed and needed replacing. They had the part in stock, it was under warranty and they fixed it and had is back on the road wishing 2 hours. A bit of luck and some lovely customer service. Thanks :)
