We were looking for a place to stay in the area for some dark sky astrophotography. We chose this one and we're glad that we did. The chalets are kept beautifully - airconditioning worked fine and I can see that the wood stove would be welcome in winter! The surrounds and the staff are lovely. We kept a respectful distance from the geese, and the goats and horses were nice to see. A pleasant ramble around the dam was had.

Late nights it was for us, and sleep ins, and we got some satisfactory images while not far from the comforts of civilisation. You'll understand that when your photo can take hours to be taken in the cold wind, that access to a kettle and a loo are pretty welcome!

David came to see us before we left to see if everything had been alright - and everything certainly had. If you're an astrophotographer you will appreciate that they turn off the bollard lights at midnight so you can even get some great photos whilst not even leaving the site!

Thank you very much for a pleasant stay and fresh (but small - it's not a commercially running orchard) sweet persimmons were a treat on our breakfast muesli in the morning.

Looking forward to staying again.

We didn't stay here but our son, his wife and children did. They loved it. We visited and it wasn't too far from the metro area, easy to find, everything was clean, great amenities. Beautiful location and plenty to do. The kids loved patting the numerous animals and running around to play. Highly recommend the Orchard Glory Farm Resort.

A beautiful, peaceful farm environment with conference rooms, a games room, and many luxurious fully equipped, self contained 3 to 2 bedroom cabins with air conditioning.
I went there on our Church camp October last year. We all had a magnificent time! It was actually a life changing event for me!

We stayed at Orchard Glory Farm Resort in Sept 2022. Had a v good time there. It's in a beautiful rural setting amidst hills, so is tranquil and relaxing. The grounds are spacious with open views to the skies. The lake adds to the peacefulness of the place. At night, when it's not cloudy and you step away from the ground path lights, you can view countless stars and the broad expanse of the Milky Way as a bright high contrast object overhead (depending on the time of year and night). The cabin was v nice and comfortable/clean, with good cooking facilities. We lit the fireplace too. We took pictures with many orange trees. Saw horses, sheep, alpaca and cattle/cows, geese and chickens, and fed some of them. Staff and owner were v friendly and helpful. Outside the resort, do take a drive around the picturesque surrounding hills with farm animals and wildflowers (seasonal).

Good place for a relaxing getaway from the city life.

Chalets are well equipped, and the various fruit trees are animals on site are great for kids. (Beware: geese)

Amazing place for a quiet weekend away. Loved having our church's Leaders training weekend here. Safe and fun for kids. They loved the animals, tractor ride and of course all the beautiful trees in the orchards. Cabins are clean and pretty.

Great place with excellent facilities. Perfect for a church camp in winter. Wood fire in each cabin and electric blankets, as well as reverse cycle air-conditioning! Also has a outdoor fireplace for massive fires at night. Lots of fruit too enjoy off the trees and just a great escape from the city life. We go once a year and just love it

This is the best campsite in WA in my humble opinion. I have planned and attended church camps hosted here for nearly 15 years now and the only reason I have ever looked elsewhere is because we exceeded maximum capacity of this venue. If you’re looking for a campsite for a comfortable camp or retreat then you can’t look past this one. Staff are very helpful and have never disturbed the camp (in fact they have proved most supportive in my case). The price is a non issue when you consider what you’re actually getting here. Easily the best campsite in the region, if not the state.

This place is amazing, not too far out if Perth but far enough that you forget everything you were worrying about. I went with a huge group and they gave us a dining hall and a meetup hall.

Everything is clean and the cabins are really nice. The owners are nice and as a plus if you come during orange season there are loads of orange trees to eat from.

Come here for you next weekend out.

I had a great time at the resort. The chalets are wonderful, with fireplaces, balcony views, electric blankets and consistently warm showers. I went there on a church camp and the facilities- such as the sanctuary and food hall were great!
I would definitely recommend this place to any family or church looking for a nice holiday camp.

Shared with over 70 women from TrueNorth Church at our Retreat. The accommodation had everything you needed and it was a wonderfully peaceful setting.
