Beautiful Little spot, impressive to see the giant Eucalyptus growing amongst all that sand!
Sealed the whole way there up to the car park.
Good for all fitness levels

If you are after sand dunes this place is OK. Parking is available and it's accessible by car/SUV. It was a pleasant walk along the dunes on a ~30 degree day. Tricky to walk with shoes, bare foot or trekking shoes suits best.

Wonderful, ancient place.
The kids love it and the adults love watching the kids have all the fun because “fun” implies trudging up sand dunes and raising cardio levels above resting-rates, which is something that doesn’t often happen for us and we wonder if we’re having a heart attack or really ARE this unfit.
Then we start thinking about where all that time could have possibly gone since we used to run and jump and play with no signs of stopping and how far we have fallen from grace and WHERE DID ALL THESE WRINKLES COME FROM? I WAS ONLY 21 YESTERDAY!

Awesome spot to take the kids to explore the dunes and slide down. Take a picnic and make a day of it!

I recommend smooth plastic toboggans, corflute sheets or smooth bottomed boogy boards.

I also recommend taking water to wash out kids eyes, as the more adventurous kids will no doubt end up with a face full of sand!

Great sight. Awesome for kids to run around in the sand. No tickets needed, it's free.

Awesome Sandhills! We did 4WD sand dunes as well. This place has interesting history of extinct animal fossils! Beautiful landscapes; bush melons are everywhere.

Perry Sandhills are amazing sand dunes eroded by wind overs the years and is located just outside the town of Wentworth on the VIC-NSW border. We went to see the sunset here and it was a great view from the sand hills. Would highly recommend if you are around Wentworth.

A very beautiful part of nature. Its definitely worth a visit. If you go there, I highly recommend to walk inside the sand dunes and not only explore the edges. Soo beautiful. There are lots of water melon growing. To my knowledge, they were originally planted as food for camels. Please do not destroy or eat them.

Just about 30 minutes from Mildura center this sandhills is worth a visit. We were here on September and thr weather is perfect, the wind is a bit cool so its not that typical desert which is so hot or humid. We saw some families with thier kids having fun sliding with a piece of cardboard.

Wonderful place! Best at sunset! We felt like being in the Sahara desert! We stopped at the covered picnic area with tables for dinner as it was too windy on the sand dunes. A must place to visit when in Wentworth!

This is a great place to visit at sunset. The colour off the dunes are just amazing. Sealed road all the way. Plenty of parking available.

Amazing place in particular when you consider the river being just around the corner. Beautiful contrast with the sand dunes and the flowers.

Worth a visit. Seems artificial as it seems out of place and there's concrete at the lower parts of the dunes. Also, DO NOT EAT THE "WATERMELONS" they're not actual watermelons they're Paddy Melons and they're toxic.

Kids loved rolling down the hill and playing with the finest sand while me and hubby were amazed by the beautiful sunset. What an amazing place and hidden gem!

Sandhills... Sounds boring right? WRONG!!! If you're in the area, you have gotta go to this amazing location.

Sweeping sand dunes, trees and shrubs with a hint of loneliness makes this location so remarkable.

Great spot to take the kids and do some exploring. Has a nice track that take you around to different spots, didn't drive the whole way but what we did drive was pretty easy going.
