What incredible wonderful kind staff and caring medical team. I have been unfortunately like some were really worried about the Cov19 shot due to such bad media attention of the ones who died. I had my first shot and i never felt it. I encourage to talk with medical staff about concerns for the jab but i now wished i had it sooner. Fear not💫🤍💫🕊thankyou all for caring in general but for assuring me that i made the right choice👃😷🌏💫🕊

Dr Chen was great with my child. My child usually struggles with medical treatment but he felt at ease and comfortable talking to Dr Chen, even on his first visit here.
We are extremely pleased with the professionalism and friendliness.

We have been seeing Pro Health for a long time now since my parents also go to the same clinic, but now with a family of my own we have had the same Dr (Dr Perrotta) and he is nothing short of amazing. He really cares about our family and this is evident with the time he spends helping us towards solutions for every health issue or directing us to the appropriate places. He is also so respectful of people’s time and NEVER runs late. He doesn’t rush our appointment either he allows me to speak every time without interruption and he’s just so lovely overall which is why we keep coming back to him. From entering the reception area to attending doctor and physio appts, I find a comfortable friendly, relaxed and professional atmosphere.
Staff liaise well with other professionals and genuinely care about the patients' health and well being. I would definitely recommend this practice.

When my GP couldn’t help with urgent Covid booster, Pro Health Hope Valley happily assisted. I found them to be excellent - very friendly, registering online, text confirmations and the actual booster process at the practice was so well organised. Would definitely recommend.

The appointment was booked with Dr Neelam Khanna. She listened very patiently about the problem. She is indeed an efficient doctor. We felt very satisfied about the diagnosis and the treatment

Doctor rang on time for telephone consult, took time to discuss, listen and explain- desk staff were helpful, efficient and friendly when booking appointment. I appreciated the helpfulness.

Very busy health center. Staff professional. High level of confidentiality. I have not had any issues. Only concern is entry to front desk always quite congested, no "room to move".

Dr Teh is the best doctor, I definately couldn't have been talked into having the 1st covid vaccine if it was anyone else.
I just hope we are all doing the right thing allowing this vaccine into our bodies.

Can't comment on any doctor but my own however Dr Lim is fantastic. Very caring, takes the time to ask questions and suggest different treatments.

Been going to Pro Health for several years now and although going to the doctors is not really enjoyable the staff there are all nice. Today we had our first covid jab.
