The best experience ever! I had the pleasure of meeting Nikita on my wedding day. I had only had my makeup done professionally once before and unfortunately didn't have time for a trial, yet Nikita's work on myself, my Sister-in-law and Mother-in-law was better than we could have ever imagined!

Nikita's attention to detail is second to none. She matched our requested looks perfectly and then exceed our expectations. Nikita provided lots of helpful information in the lead up to help us pick what we wanted and ensure we were prepared on the day.

As someone who doesn't wear much makeup, I wanted a super natural look and Nikita excels at this. I felt so confident and glowing in my own skin. My favourite part was sitting in the chair and getting to know Nikita. It's amazing how her calming presence was able to put me instantly at ease, despite the chaotic preparation that was happening all around me. Her hair methods and makeup application were so gentle and it felt super relaxing. I was surprised to find the amount of bobby pins and hair ties in my hair at the end of the night, I didn't even feel them go in!

Thank you so, so much Nikita for an amazing hair and makeup experience. I'm in awe of your skills and loved meeting you. I couldn't recommend you enough to anyone wanting to get their hair and makeup done. My only regret is that I didn't book in a trial to spend more time with you ❤

Right from my very first message with Nikita, I had a good feeling. I helped organise hair and makeup for my (now) sister-in-law and Mum and me, for my SILs wedding, and we were absolutely blown away with Nikita. She was so sweet and kind and lovely! Nikita is absolutely incredible at what she does. She was my hair and makeup artist for my wedding and I can't recommend her enough. Nikita is amazing at applying makeup in her soft-glam speciality, which really brings out your natural beauty in accordance with your comfort levels. She also has a wealth of knowledge of which hairstyles will best achieve your desired look while surviving the outside elements & keeping your accessories in place (Nikita is 100% a magician with this -- everything lasted throughout the whole day/night).

Also, when you get Nikita to do your hair or makeup, you don't just get her well-earned expertise but her warm and calming support as well. From the very first meeting, Nikita had myself, my mother, my partner's mother, and my bridesmaids all feeling completely at ease. And if you're the type of person (like me) who carries far too much self-consciousness, then Nikita is absolutely the best person to help you get ready for your event with her ability to ease nerves with her kindness and humour, and help you see the natural beauty in yourself. I had such a great experience with Nikita!

I can't recommend Nikita Lauren enough. If I could put 10 stars I would! She was amazing from start to finish. I adored my hair, my makeup and her calming influence on the day! I must admit, I was a bit nervous the day of the wedding and Nikita was so relaxed. She really made me look and feel incredible. She also did my Mum's hair and makeup and Mum looked amazing too. We both hadn't had trials, but she knew exactly what would work with our skin-tone, our hair texture, etc. She was wonderfully cool, talented in her art and genuinely a lovely human. Nikita provided the hair and makeup for myself and 3 others for my wedding in April. Nikita was incredibly helpful in the lead up to the wedding, providing a helpful guide/questionnaire to complete prior to the big day (and for someone like me who doesnt wear makeup often this was a lifesaver).

Nikita nailed my vision at the trial and I'm so happy I had Nikita for H&MU for my wedding. Nikita made me feel beautiful and made the day feel so calm and relaxed with my bridal party. We were all so relaxed on the morning (and that's all you can ask for really). All the girls looked amazing and my mum felt so beautiful. A beautiful talent we are very lucky, thank you Nikita.

You made us feel so beautiful and oh my word did the makeup and the hair last SO well through lots of sweat, a big walk and some rock climbing for photos and dancing the night away. Nikita is outstanding!

Along with her assistant Kristen, she did the hair and makeup for my wedding last weekend for my sister's, mum and I.

They did an incredible job, everyone was glowing! Nikita was extremely communitive throughout the whole process to make sure I got just the look I was after and all of the logistics were taken care of. Thanks to her I had the hairstyle of my dreams which easily survived through the the end of the night despite having veil removed, another dress pulled over my head and tearing up the dancefloor.

The morning the the wedding the ladies made me and my girls feel absolutely at ease and stress free. I honestly couldn't recommend Nikita and Kristen enough. They did such a beautiful job and were just so easy and lovely to be around. Thanks so very much.

Nikita did my wedding makeup and hair, and her calming presence and 'nothing is too much of a problem' attitude really made such a difference to how the day flowed.

So happy and thankful that i was able to have Nikita do my hair and makeup (including my mother and groom's mother) on my wedding day, she couldn't have made the three of us look better and more flawless whilst still having our natural glows!!

I was really concerned with not looking too cakey and also getting really shiny as my skin can be super oily (combination) and acne prone but i didn't even need a touch up after the hot sunny ceremony and my hair and makeup literally stayed completely flawless all night!!

Nikita is a gorgeous person. She was so lovely to work with in the lead up to my wedding. And then was such a calm and caring presence on the big day. She has an incredible eye for detail and is exceptionally talented in both makeup and hair styling. She made a great team with Kristen and managed all the differing skin tones and hair colours of my bridal party. We all felt so special on my wedding day thanks to Nikita and Kristen and our makeup and hair lasted well into the night!
