BIG W Golden Grove

HUGEEEE shoutout to Kieran!!!! The guy is an absolute angel on earth. I was in earlier today expecting to go home without what I came in for. Didn't even expect to find 1 of the items I was after (set of Bratz dolls) let alone all them. Kieran not only stopped what he was doing to help me have a look, but he also took the time to check out back and then bring the entire stock that was on hand out for me. He then checked the neighbouring stores stock to give me an accurate idea of what was else was available. Not once did I feel as though I was burdening him, and in our brief interaction I felt so much care and kindness. Never experienced such a customer service masterclass at any Big W ever, y'all need to give this man a raise!!!! All in all he didn't have to go above and beyond, but he did and that means the world to me.

Great to have this store at the Grove Shopping Centre. So handy, and great to see the same familiar smiling faces as you enter. Everything you could need is here.

Store is always clean and tiday and staff are always friendly and helpful.

Got some good build buy deals. 3.50 for a massive Colgate toothpaste. Will be back

A great shop to buy a variety of products such as clothing, food items, manchester, kitchen accessories, cosmetics, shoes, underwear and books for a competitive price. A clean, well designed layout with wide aisles, and friendly staff and service.

This is the best big W store. The staff here are so incredibly helpful, so willing to above and beyond to help source items, super friendly, engage really well with members of the public. The store has amazing clearance items, a large variety of stock not available at other stores.

I would like to thank the training manager Gyran ( not sure on spelling) for all his help with my soda stream. Unfortunately he wasn't working on the Saturday when I went back to see him, but another lovely and very helpful manager ( not sure of name) helped me. I just want to thank you for all your help and patience. Also a big thank you to the lovely ladies at the back end of store in lay by section. When I left I was so happy with the service

Big W is a great place to shop. The staff who great you at the door are exceptional and there is one particular lady she makes my day every visit.

As usual Big W has a great range of goodies, especially now it's Easter and at great prices as it's so near Easter Time.
Heaps of new season clothes and shoes are on the racks, and if course lots of new books to read (my passion)

I have never had a bad thing to say about Big W, always friendly helpful staff. One thing I always go in for they have always sold out and that Navy Blue trackies for the kids on 8- 12 sizes

Due to product availability, I rang BIG W Golden Grove store and requested them to ship the item directly to Darwin region. Staff crew worked above and beyond to make it happen on the same day of my request. They were so lovely and helpful from the start to finish. Would love to visit them in person during my next trip to ADL. Thank you very much for your efforts.

Everything I got here is really cheap. I didn’t get a watch that didn’t work and I had to take it back. I got a complete refund though which is nice. Even though I’ve had one thing not work out for me everything else has, and it’s been pretty decent quality. Would definitely keep shopping here.
