I wouldn't in any way consider going to any other Vet. Dr Kylie Wray at Cottage Grove is the most knowledgeable, caring and experienced Vet I've ever encountered. I trust the health of my precious doggies to no one else.

I give 5 stars for vets, staff, and facilities but I think $35 to trim a little dogs nails is over-pricing. There is no Health Card or Pensioner discount.

I cannot fault the care but this chain is pricey, especially their Golden Golden Grove clinic. GG clinic is very expensive on weekends and public holidays. That clinic charge very high prices for ancillary items like x-rays etc, out of business hours consultations, and overnight care, in my opinion.

I advise, for all things vet, compare prices. There are lots of vets around here and at least three 24/7 clinics in Adelaide.

Tips for new players: Insist, in writing if possible, that any extra cost treatments be approved by you first, with a phone call, when leaving your pet at a clinic.

A few years ago, I was nearly charged over $700 for overnight care at a vet clinic for my little dog, as I was charged for a morning check by the vet, xray, blood tests they were going to do. I went early in the morning before anything could be done and picked up my little dog.

The clinic insisted I pay the full costs even if I didnt go ahead with the tests. But I had written on the entrance form to call me for extras. The bill was reduced and I took my dog to my regular vet where all tests and complex surgery on my dog's broken leg coat only $1500.

Even when you are upset about your animal, keep your financial wits sharp.

If money is no problem, (I am a pensioner) I am happy to give 5 Stars to this business.

The vets and nurses are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend joining their Best for Pet membership, which is good value for money. The membership includes unlimited free consultations (both on site and online), which is great value for my accident-prone greyhounds 😅

We took our beautiful boy Bundy ( Ginger Cat 16 years old). With a suspected thyroid issue. Dr Hart was amazing , so gentle and thorough with the examination. He's a precious boy but Dr Hart seemed to have the winning touch,. Has she arrived back in the room with him after taking a blood sample he was quite content. Dr Hart advised she would check everything when it came to his blood work and would ring me the next day. The next day came and she was on the dog and bone too me toot sweet letting me know Bundy had a very high reading and would need medication. I picked it up the same day and so far Bundy is doing well. He will be back in 3 weeks for a follow up. My anxiety and worry about how he would go again has been reduced due to the amazing staff here Cottage Grove vets4pets

As always vets4pets do an amazing job, they go out of their way to make you and your pet feel comfortable...would recommend them to anyone...

First visit here as my cat needs specialist treatment. Very impressed and thankful this vets was recommended to me.

They were very supportive when it was time for my old girl to go to sleep, and even followed up afterwards to see how I was and very helpful with the making the after-care arrangements

The best friendly service. My dog needed a grass seed extracted and all staff treated him with love and care. Thank you so much.

The most caring vet clinic ever. Our 10 year old Weimaraner had heart issues and not only did they identify it right away, they made sure she lived the longest and most comfortable life she could. We had to put her down in November of 2021 and while it was extremely difficult - the staff here were absolutely fantastic, caring and understanding. We've since got a new pup and know exactly where we'll be taking her vaccinations, checkups and any care she needs.

Thank you for looking after Charlie so well. I’m so grateful for the way you genuinely cared for him and explained everything to me before and after his procedure. Charlie is a very anxious dog and you were all so understanding and supportive.

Vets4Pets at is "Simply the Best!"
I have taken my four-legged babies to Vets4Pets for over 20 years, Ridgehaven, Golden Grove, Dernancourt and Cottage Grove. All the Vets, nurses and staff have been incredibly knowledgeable, supportive and empathetic. I wouldn't take my children anywhere else, and a special shout-out to Dr Virginia Hart from Bella.

The vets were extremely helpful, courteous and professional. It was obvious that they genuinely love animals, and they took great care of our cats.

Excellent care and fantastic Vets and Vet Nurses. They show a lot of care and concern for our pets and I highly recommend them.
